Fantastic!! So first we purchased another robot vacum from Costco but once homes seeing the instructions 🤔 sow that it was hardly smart at all. Plus could only do one thing at a time. So we returned it. 🥳 So happy to now of found this 🤖 robot vacuum!! It's smart enough to tell the difference between a carpet to vacuum and floor to mop when in auto mode. Super helpful for we have a large or small rugs in almost all the rooms. So it mops the hard floors and vacuum the carpet while working the same room. Changing while still going in a stright line. I've checked and do not find the carpet wet. Perhaps smugged as it changes from one to the other but isn't noticeable. It's perfect! I do not even need to increse the vacuum suction. Does a better job than our normal vacuum because it doesn't get the bathroom carpet rugs stuck as sucks. It's super persistent that it hasn't gotten stuck not once! Surprised it didn't get stuck when not realizing it had gone under a short bed. 😅 It got itself out noticing the section where it could squeeze though persisting. The 1st time we used it we were impressed how tough it worked! For a moment it made a noise only to later see it spit out a hair clip while cleaning. Than after it was done we check it and found another clip inside and didn't affect it's cleaning process! We are more careful now about that. We have a big home (2 bathrooms, 3 bed rooms, 2 hallways, dining room, kitchen, tv room, living room) . But able to finish all those entire sections of the home and still have battery left when done. Without having to refill the water for the mopping. You sure can notice the difference once it's done, how it shines. It's as simple as just plugging it in and turning it on and letting it vacuum the whole house. Should be that simple. Hardly noisy. Our dogs🐶🐶 and us all we could do was stare at it as it worked 😅 but not scared of it. Sure am happy we got it and would recommend it anyone. It figures things out as it goes even when different from the past time. Glad for the price. Glad for the brushes to clean the fur off the dogs. One dog likes it and another dog hates it (yet he always disliked to get groomed). Wonderful to see there the mop has gone and is going while looking at the map on the app while we are someone where else at home. App is great. I tell it where to go and how. With so many features that it's worth checking this device out. Really look forward to this lasting a long time.

I love this item! It lets you select the rooms it cleans with restricted areas, its empties itself, and it has the grooming capabilities. It is a bit difficult to find replacement dust bags so buy extra of those, but that feature is wonderful! It will notify you when the dust bag is full and you just pull it out and toss it away. I have it on a schedule and it cleans every day at 9:30. I have a 2600+ square foot house and it cleans about 2000 sq feet of that with no problem at all. (The other amount is upstairs). I have a dog and it cleans so well! I have not used the mopping feature yet, because I have alot of rugs. I need to play around with that, but my main concern was just picking up on the floor and getting any loose dog hair that might be blowing around. I also have carpet in my bedroom and it does a great job on that too. You can change the amount of suction for certain areas as well. I had an older Roomba and it would knock things over and slam against my furniture and scratch it, but this one does not do that. Its easy, and it will let you know if its stuck by the app on your phone. I could not love it more.

***Revised review!*** Reducing to 1 star due to the ridiculous difficulty of getting replacement parts for a $300 robot vacuum. Upon my initial purchase, I needed replacement dust bags. I reached out to their customer service and was told that the only way I could receive replacement dust bags was to give a 5-star review on Amazon for my purchase. Being that I was happy with the performance of the vacuum, I gave my 5-star review. Now, I need a replacement roller. I purchased the 9 piece replacement set for my vacuum model. Received the package and attempted to replace the roller. Per the video I submitted, you can see that the part obviously does not work. Once again, I reached out to customer service. First, I was asked if I attempted the install correctly. Then they said that the part was correct for the model and there were no other options. Firmly, I can show you that is absolutely not right. For a $300 vacuum, you would think that replacement parts should be readily available. But it seems that it is a struggle right and left to continue using this robot vacuum. I do not recommend unless you only use the vacuum sparingly and do not need replacement parts. So disappointed! ************************************************* I needed a replacement for my Shark robot vacuum that would no longer connect to our wifi no matter what I did to attempt connection. So, I did extensive research before I made my next robot vacuum purchase. The Teendow d20s Max+ seems to have the necessary features that I need since we do have 3 dogs. I need a robot vacuum that can easily connect and STAY connected to our wifi. Check mark the first box! ✅️ Next, we need a vacuum with strong suction to pick up dog hair times three particularly in our high traffic areas. ✅️ Finally, I need a vacuum that has a collection receptacle easy to clean and can hold plenty of dust, dirt, and dog hair. I disliked that the Shark vacuum had to be emptied 3 times each day to cover our household and the cleaning of the device was SO messy! The Teendow d20s Max+ holds A LOT more dirt and does not have to be emptied daily. I can easily go 2-3 weeks before the dust bag needs replaced. The only small downside right now is the difficulty in finding replacement dust bags by themselves. The only option I can find is a complete replacement pack that I do not need at the moment. Amazon, not the seller, incorrectly pairs replacement dust bags that are NOT compatible as an option to bundle. I did notify Amazon of their error and have to return the incompatible bags. But it is not the seller's fault. Lastly, the suction to emptied the vacuum into the dust bin is AMAZING! Clears out everything and you are left with a clean and ready to go vacuum! Great product! P.S. I have not used the other options yet. But excited to try!

Bought May 6th, 2025. Absolutely loved it the first few cleans. Set up was easy. Mapping was a breeze. On the 18th cleaning, I keep getting a "clean roller brush" error. I clean the hair out and it'll go a cpl swipes and code again. I can't remove the brush completely, only the cover. Which I find very frustrating. So, there is hair where I can't get, even with tweezers. I've looked everywhere for how to remove the roller and can't find anything. Had to remap on the 20th clean bc it clitched so bad. However, suction is amazing. Perfect for my hardwood floors. We'll see. I do run it twice a day, bc I have shedding dogs. *Update* There is a little tool attached to the water tank that gets the hair out! I still wish the roller brush was removable. I did mop for the first time. Does a good job. You will need to do your own mopping if the floor is really dirty though. This is just water, so just a quick clean up for this.

Edited review: I had an issue with my original unit not being able to find its way back to the base. I tried all of the troubleshooting and even tried to delete the device from the app and start over. I did this several times over about a 2 weeks period. I then reached out to the seller and although it was well over the return date, they sent a new unit to me at no extra price. This vacuum is phenomenal. It has several setting for a soft suction, medium , heavy and super strong suction. IT has the mopping attachment with a water reservoir for mopping. The best part of this vacuum is not only the robot part that uses infrared and literlly doesn't run into anything.... but the attachments...! It has a full blown hair razor with the vacuum attached to the hair cut goes straight into the suction hole. It has multiple attachment including a small narrow nosed one for hars to reach places, a brustle brush for things like the couch.. it has 2 separate furry friend combs also. The app helps you find the vacuum when it gets stuck or lost. You can change the language of the vauum speaker. Its great and very human friendly. I totally recommend for families with furry friends! It helps keep the hair to a minimum!

We have 2 big dogs. One is a Great Pyrenees who sheds like it's his job! I am unable to vacuum as i am pending back surgery, and my husband, God love him, does many things well, but vacuumIng is not one of them! I have read the complaints about long haired dogs fulling the roller. I don't think any roller can handle the Great Pyrenees fur. I find it quite easy to turn Rosie over, cut off the fur, set her back out. Literally 5 minutes and she cleans the floor amazingly. We have had her now over a month, with daily use. I just ordered the replacement bags, roller etc. My plan is now to pop out the roller, pop in a clean one and send her back on her merry path. She is quiet enough that she doesn't bother the dogs, where every other vacuum has. I still have to do under some furniture and the stairs, but that is nothing compared to what she does!! She does usually have to stop,empty and recharge, but that doesn't impact me. I still haven't played with all the bells and whistles yet, but it was the vacuumIng and the price that sold me, and this robot is worth every penny!!

As they say about L.A., “We love it!” This is my second robovac, following my first breaking after 5-6 months (got a refund). The features on this are like day and night compared to the last. This one does a great job mapping out your area to cover it thoroughly on its own. The strongest setting drains the battery quickly, though is great for carpets. The medium setting works fine on my medium rugs, and it covers my 3 large rooms with these rugs before needing a recharge. It finds its way on its own back to the port if its three rooms away, rather than going dead somewhere where you’d need to carry it. I like the app notifications on my phone if it gets stuck while it’s upstairs and I’m in the basement. The auto emptying feature is so convenient, preventing one from having to empty it each time. The removable option is a nice feature for difficult to reach areas. I only wish the cord was longer. Good luck holding your cat down to use the pet attachment, though once I vacuumed mine, I got a nice clump of hair off of her!

This thing is a work horse! I’ve owned 3 robot vacuums and have always been disappointed by the quality and the ability to actually clean the floor without being sensitive to every little bump, or not being able to stand the test of time’ I decided to give this guy a shot because it had a pet grooming feature and had great reviews. The technology in this vacuum is second to none! The ease of setup, app, and mapping function are top tier! It has multiple levels of suction which also corresponds to the noise levels and it gets every inch of the floor clean! I love that you can follow along in the app, and make some spaces off limits. There are too many benefits to list in a review, just go for it!
