Why are the girl pull ups more expensive than the boy pull ups?

I've ordered this twice and for the 2nd time the pullups came with very faded graphics. Why are the ones from amazon faded so badly?

Are these all one design? The same Minnie design on all?

Generally there are two designs in each box. Minnie mouse + Cinderella/Bo peep versus Mickey mouse + Woody in the boys version.
