I’ve been wanting to get into laser engraving for a while, and this machine has been the perfect starting point. Setup was simple. The parts were clearly labeled, and I had it put together and running in less than an hour. The software connected easily, and within the first evening I was engraving designs on wood. The results were sharp, clean, and much better than I expected from a beginner-friendly machine. What I really love is how versatile it is. I’ve already engraved wooden coasters and even etched a design on a metal keychain. The frame feels sturdy, the motion is smooth, and it doesn’t wobble or feel cheap when running. Adjusting the settings gives you a lot of control, so it’s easy to get the look you want once you experiment a little. I’ve started making custom gifts for friends and family. Things like personalized cutting boards and engraved pet name tags. My kids even helped design a few patterns, which made it a really fun family project. It’s sparked so many creative ideas, and I know it will be great for holiday gifts and home projects. For the price, this engraver is an excellent value. It’s user-friendly for beginners but capable enough for more detailed work. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to start engraving at home.

Pretty nice little machine. Thankfully they had an instruction video for putting it together. That was a lot easier to follow than the booklet. It's pretty versatile. One thing I wish it included was a chart for cutting and engraving for the 20W version...but with trial and error we are getting things figured out for different materials. I would definitely recommend buying an air assist and an honeycomb bed especially if you are cutting anything. Edit: we had to contact support as we were getting things set up and working. They are very helpful and quick to respond. The helped us get everything working well...including sending us additional parts we needed. Very impressed.

I have used a hobby CNC machine for many years. I recently purchased the Woxcker L2 Max 10W and I am blown away by the easy of use and the accuracy of the machine. Any complaint I've seen online is related to the 'application'. There are multiple applications that you can use to interface with the L2 from easy to complex. As the user community grows, there is, and will be, more and more online help for 'newbies'. Especially for the price this machine can't be beat!

This laser machine is easy to assemble. In a move I misplaced the cords. I contacted Woxcker to purchase additional cords. They were super helpful and the willingness to help was so appreciated. Even though I didn't purchase from them. I ended up finding the cords & didn't need a replacement. Because of their willingness to help, I will now purchase accessories directly from them.

Not only did myself, my husband, but my another educated adult has tried to install everything. Instruction book is not user-friendly took us two hours to put it together and multiple hours after trying to install the drivers and software to Mac book then to windows laptop. After reviewing more reviews on different platforms, this is a common issue. People have and is very frustrating. There’s no customer service number even though there’s an option to chat with someone in tech-support you’re unable to do so. You have to send an email and hopefully have them return it for the price of what this cost and the fact that you do not get any of the accessories with it it’s not worth frustration or time.

I bought this laser for my son.He is really enjoying making items and they have been turning out very well. Product arrived very well packaged and came when they said it would. We are very pleased with it.
