I bought these to supplement my diet. Supposed to be good for several vitamins and iron! The were $12 cheaper than a leading brand and you take 4 a day, not 6! Just recently had lab work after taking these for about 6 weeks and my blood work including my iron level was perfect!! As far as taste goes, I don’t suck on them, I swallow them! Taste for those seconds is tolerable, no problem. Will continue using this product and highly recommend it! Also an increase in my energy level!!

The pills are small and easy to take. I feel they have helped my energy level. I can't seem to bring myself to eat liver but know how beneficial it is to overall health. This is the best way I know to eat this powerful superfood. I highly recommend!!!

My husband has been taking these liver pills for almost 2 weeks and I have noticed his skin feels much softer. I eat mostly plant based. I know this contributes to my low iron levels. I bought these after doing some research to see if they would work for me. I am not against meat but I refuse to chew liver. The type of iron in these is heme iron. Heme iron is better absorbed by the body. No OTC ferrous sulfate iron is absorbed fully; you only absorb 2% of ferrous sulfate iron. I have been diagnosed with low iron Anemia. I tried cooking and eating chicken livers; personally, yuck. I took the high potency ferrous sulfate iron for years. I stayed Anemic; they also would make me nauseous and give me severe constipation. I take 4 liver caps daily with a 500 mg vitamin c (vitamin c helps iron absorb). No nausea, no more constipation, more energy and my nails are growing. This is only after 2 weeks of use!! Excellent.
