Item received not as advertised.
The item I received is not as advertised. Have included photos of the packaging and the soap bar itself. It is not the 'Ayurvedic Soap' Chandrika as per the photo advertised in this Amazon listing. The soap bar is oval and not rectangle. The ingredients are similar but this soap bar contains paraffin wax, palm oil, fragrance and glycerin - ingredients that are NOT found in the original Chandrika Ayurvedic Soap that is advertised in this item listing. Other than that, the soap itself is alright and has a nice scent.

I have purchased this soap several times, both for myself and for family members. I absolutely love the fragrance. It reminds me of the incense they burn in churches, though my spouse says it smells more like something an old hippie would burn at his house! Either way, the fragrance is amazing, in my opinion. I have found these in stores on occasion but I get the most bang for my buck buying online. The soap is small, so it will not last too long, but it makes my skin feel clean and smells so good. It leaves a very mild scent on the skin, which I really like. If this Ayurvedic Soap is designed to bring you some "Zen" in the shower, it's definitely doing it's job for me. I will continue to purchase as needed.
