I was really curious to try these because I’ve heard a lot about the benefits of shilajit, but the taste was absolutely awful. I expected something earthy or strong, but this was bitter and unpleasant to the point where I couldn’t even finish one stick. The texture of the honey itself was fine, but the flavor was so overpowering it completely ruined the experience. I even tried mixing it with tea to mask the taste, but it still made the drink hard to enjoy. For the price, I was very disappointed. Maybe it has health benefits, but if you can’t tolerate the flavor, it doesn’t matter. Definitely not something I’ll buy again.
