Tastes good, fruity sweet but not artificial. I got these as an incentive to take my vitamins. My thought was if they taste good then I would look forward to taking them and not forget. This is the first time I’ve finished a bottle of vitamins. I have lots of expired ones because I seldom remembered to take them. I’ve been deficient for a while and finishing one bottle got me into the normal range.

My husband doesn’t like pills, so these worked for him, but I personally didn’t like eating something so sweet first thing in the morning. I went back to pills, but this brand ultimately is good and doesn’t upset my stomach.

As many times as I have ordered these Gummies, I have never been disappointed! I keep them next to my bed so that I can remember to take it at the end of the day
