Good option instead of the regular screw-top opening.
This works great for my water bottle.. my bottle is yellow and the black was a nice contrast.

Perfect fit on ThermoFlask 24 oz
Unlike other products on Amazon, this lid is a perfect fit on ThermoFlask 24 ounce water bottles. Easy to get on and off, with no leaks. Lid has nice rubberized grip, and the handle folds down snug against the side of the water bottle. (Handle may not fold snuggly on larger bottles.)

Lasted 4-5 years, but with one issue
I bought this lid to use on a 40oz Contigo bottle about 4 or 5 years ago, and it mostly worked well, but I noticed early on that if the water reached the top of the straight-up side of the bottle, starting to fill the space where the bottle curves inward to go up to the opening, it would leak. Basically in order to not overfill the bottle you had to stop pouring much before the lip at the base of the skinny part. Hope I'm making sense here. As someone with mobility problems, I needed to maximize the amount of water I could carry so I could make fewer trips. However, it did its job pretty well as long as you paid close attention to when you stopped pouring. After long dutiful service, I am replacing it with the same model, but I will note that this is a financial choice and not a preferred one.

I love this!
I just had a tonsillectomy and this state saved my life. I would fill my 18 o takeya with ice water and it would stay cols all night and when I woke up I didn't have to sit up cuz of this straw. Becareful on how short you cut thw straw. Best to cut long and take off a little at a time for the best fit. Also have to make sure it's open all the way when drinking or nothing comes out of the straw. So glad I bought it, I take it everywhere now

Durable & Quality
Upgrade to a straw top one year ago and never looked back. Helps me consume more water without swallowing so much air and lessened spills. It also encourages me to drink more water.
