Does the elastic band last?

Yes it’s pretty durable. It stretched out after a while but I just made a knot and it’s still working.

Hi can I wear this under my glasses?

It depends on what style glasses you wear. Some of these chambers are slightly curved and fit nicely under most glasses. I did get a shaded one,1 time (I have ordered several clear and shaded), that was really curved and wouldn’t fit under any of my glasses.

Does this work for the left eye ?

works great for the left eye. gave some relief for dry eye.
