I thought it was about time I jumped on the bandwagon for magnesium. It seems to be a cure all for a lot of ailments. I have to admit I hadn’t read that much but I love the TRIP packaging and the gummy looked good. So I was excited to try them so when I got them in, I took the recommended amount but I was like a moth to the flame. These gummies are delicious which I was not expecting. I did everything in my power to try to forget about them but when I did think about them I went back for more. I was innocent or should I really say ignorant on what the “citrate” part of the gummy is? Well, I ate them until they were finished….4days. I even went as far as walking them out to my car to keep these magical sirens away from me yet they made me fearless, confident to face the heat and uncertainty of a hot Carolina summer night. It would be later that I would learn about what citrate is. I don’t recall thinking these gummies made my stomach upset but all the trips to the bathroom seemed to making me feel “lite” lean and less bloated. I’m still giving this product a 5. Even though I didn’t read about them and I didn’t follow directions, I have to say nothing negative happened. I will be ordering them again. I experienced all the positives. I slept well, experienced a cleanse and was light on my feet. I recommend them but I recommend following directions AND even locking them up if you have to. If anyone is curious if they cramped me up….no, I never had cramping

Love these gummies. Magnesium helps with my neuropathy. These taste great. Wish they were a little cheaper

Flavor of gummy is good and consistency is an opaque light purple, easy to chew. I recommend taking it a half hour or hour prior to when you want to fall asleep. I typically get into bed at 10:30pm and felt very drowsy in the morning during the week for work. Very effective with consistent sleep without waking up in middle of night.

I get the best sleep when I take these!

This product is a complete scam! I have no idea why there are so many people saying that it works so amazing when it does literally nothing. Either they are being paid off or they're just trying to get attention. Do not purchase this. It really just seems like children's candy. Total rip off. I don't know how this can legally be sold when it's marketed as some type of a mushroom product and it does nothing.

I’m not sure about these yet. I’ve only tried it a couple times. I’m not really impressed.
