This is My first bot and 2nd upright vacuum, the Proscenic Q8 Max Robot Vacuum Mop with Self-Empty Station has been a game-changer in my home especially when it comes to tackling pet hair. My dog is 13 and has shed my hair as he gets older especially with he season changes. The Powerful suction and hands-free emptying make it feel like I’ve finally outsourced one of the most frustrating chores. This takes care of the majority of my floor cleaning. I have kids as well so I am always cleaning up after with the upright. But when everyone is at school I set the bot and let it do it thing. It has drastically cut down my cleaning of the wood floors. If you’re a pet owner tired of sweeping and vacuuming every day, get help from the Proscenic Q8 Max is a worthy investment. *Just a heads up on your 1st things to note. -setup is fairly quick set your suction and mop settings. I would also set up a daily routine. -If using mop feature square footage will determine how much moping it can do. -1st round must's. Pick up anything like cords straps socks it will try to suck them up and pause till you remove. Also after it draws your map. Any areas you want it not to go/do, set up NoGo zone in the app. And lastly check the brushes, it picked up a ton on the 1st go around but after the daily routine I haven't had to touch it yet. This vacuum is awesome. It's medium volume on tile and quiet on carpet. You can schedule cleaning areas and times. The auto-map feature is great and it always keeps our floors clean!

Vacuum does a good job cleaning and mopping. I like it quite a bit but it can only really work by using the app. My wife liked that our previous model you just pushed start or spot and it took off. Mopping does a good job but sometimes it won't push the liquid out and you have to stop it and start again. After 8 months or so it stopped charging. I thought it was bad and contacted Proscenic and they actually got back with me quickly and helped but I wiped off the charging contacts (they weren't visibly dirty at all) and then it started charging. Overall happy

My only minor complaint is that the vacuum can occasionally struggle with small floor-level obstacles, but that’s expected with most robot vacuums. Overall, this is a fantastic investment for hands-free cleaning, and I highly recommend it!

Items works great but DO NOT BUY! All parts and service are in China and they will not help with anything. If you need new bags you cannot buy the correct ones for this machine on Amazon. The ones you can get are slightly different and must be cut down. Customer service plays games and claims their phone and website are under repairs

I really like that it self empties. It's quiet, until it empties, but the loud suction is only temporary. The only con is that the battery doesn't last very long. It did great the first few cleanings. I've had this for about 1-2 months, and it always dies towards the end of its course. I only use it to vacuum my living room, dining room, and kitchen which is about 400 sqft. I was hoping the battery would be better.

This is a great robot with functionality well-above its price point. I was surprised that not all apps provide real-time tracking of the robot; this one does and provides you with lots of options to schedule cleaning. I honestly won't use the mopping function. The base station is SMALL compared to other manufacturers. For the price point, this is a great vacuum. I highly recommend it.
