No we don't carry and X-Small. The measurements for the small are 22-28 around the waist and 14/18 around the thigh.

What size waist fits Medium

Size medium of our Salk Sani-Pant goes from 30"-36", but it is best to get a thigh measurement as well.

I would think large would be fine as you would be covering a diaper so It should fit comfortably. These work very well.

Do all coverups go up further than the other side ,the back is lower ,are some larger sizes that go up the same all the way around?
