Cicaplast by La Roche-Posay Lip Barrier Repairing Balm 7.5ml

I bought this as I had split lips in the corners of my mouth and it was becoming quite sore when I ate etc, I had tried Vaseline, dr paw paw, a few solid twist lip balms and still looked like I had food on my face.This lip balm arrived on Tuesday and as of Thursday when I’m writing this, the splits I’ve had for literally weeks have gone! I’ve probably been applying 3x a day and it’s worked a treat!One thing of note is that it is tough to squeeze out if it’s colder, so I would carry it in your sleeve or pocket if possible to warm it up. Certainly I think somebody with arthritis would struggle.

I used to suffer from extremely dry, cracked (and admittedly bitten/picked) lips. I found that all of the other normal brands of lip balm you could pick up in the 'lipcare' section of shops just coated my lips rather than healed them and so I was tempted to go to the doctors to see if there was something I could do about it. I take medication which dehydrates me a lot so this didn't help, and so I knew I needed something extremely moisturing. After using the NUXE lipbalm for a few years, it stopped working on my lips and I came across this. IMMEDIATELY I saw improvement. The deep cracks in my lips were softer before eventually disappearing, and in three days of applying it (at night and sparingly over the day) I could even wear Matte lipstick without any further damage!I really recommend this product for anyone that is feeling insecure about their dry, cracked lips. The product is not sticky and you can feel it for hours after applying. It is quite small and since I'm used to using a lot of product I may run out sooner than expected, but there is plenty in the packaging. Definitely worth a go if the regular brands just don't work!

The size was quite smaller than I thought when I first received it. But this product do save my cheilitis!! Its composition is very mild so I strongly recommend it!The only drawback is that the prize is high

This is the best lip balm i’ve had in years! Was recommended by my gp! It is more on the pricey side for a lip balm but it’s thick so don’t need to apply too much so it lasts quite a while! 100% will be purchasing again!

Love this, use as a lip balm but I have also used on dry skin patches and a scar that was healing. Very good.

I have always had chapped lips all winter and dry in the summer. I am disabled now and hardly go out and still get chapped lips. This is the only thing I have ever used that really works. I wear it every night at bedtime. Would thoroughly recommend it. PS I also use spf50 lip balm (not this brand) as was told my a professor of medicine that we should all use SPF lip balm to stop sun lip damage.

Lips still feel a bit dry

First time ordering this product. Glad l did everything bit as good as much more expensive lip products. Am hooked now and will continue to use this product and seller. Very pleased. Xxx
