I’m one to search for a bargain and this fit the bill. The bottle is LARGE. I was looking for an MCT oil to enhance my health. I take between 2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon a day. I pour it in a teaspoon and swallow it down. No mixing since it’s tasteless. It also has no smell at all! The texture is thin and of course oily. It’s also not sticky. It doesn’t bother me taking a spoonful of it. It doesn’t hit my gag reflex. I’ve seen reviews mentioning that the bottle drips when pouring. I don’t have this issue. I pour it in the measuring spoon slowly and experience no problems. I also wipe the rim of the bottle when I’m done. One way to get around this if you have problems is pour some in a smaller sized bottle as this one is pretty large. MCT oil helps me meet my fat goal for the day when I fall short on my keto plan. ‼️One note is that some may experience bathroom issues 💩 when taking it. It can be helpful for constipation so I recommend you start slow. Maybe a teaspoon at a time ‼️ I recommend this brand and will repurchase when needed. I think it’s a good product at a good price. 👍🏼

Why did you pick this product vs others?: We have been purchasing MCT oil for various reasons, some in the family are on keto diet and the others just want to take it regularly for brain health, energy and general well-being. The oil comes in a dark plastic bottle to keep the light out. The oil itself seems to be nice and clean, however, wish it came in glass bottle instead. We use it on toast instead of butter, in a salad or in a black coffee. It is great but taking more than a tablespoon gives me an upset stomach, sharp pains. May be my body can't process too much fat at once. Overall a great product and would buy it again. Thank you for creating wonderful, effective and clean products at a reasonable price.

Will help keep hunger at bay while providing caloric energy to push through the day without snacking. I use it my protein coffee drink in the morning. Great MCT for the price. It is free from color and doesn't have a taste. Easy to knit into any beverage or food.

It doesn't have a squeeze bottle lid. You have to pour it. I was hesitant to liking it, but found it like it more. As I finished the previous squeeze bottle, it would spray the oil all over as I got to the bottom of the bottle. So, now I definitely prefer the pouring bottle. Quality seems great. Price is a good deal.
