Real Deal here. This cuts appetite AND adds energy. cuts down sweet cravings. I am a foodie and I live for sweets and eat for mindless reasons. This tapers off the appetite and sweet cravings PLUS you get the boost of energy for a workout. It is super potent and super sweet. You need to make provision for a container that can contain lots of water to dilute. You can add this to blended drinks or stir in. No bad aftertaste, tastes like koolaid with a lot of sugar. I get creative, adding lime, lemon or apple cider vinegar, soursop powder, greens powder. Its a fantastic way to add things and mask taste. Appetite will return if you don't use it for several days and thats how you notice the difference. No jitters or shakes. You just feel less hungry and feel like you can go the extra distance. It's suttle but impactful. That's what I love, the transition is seamless but you'll notice when you stop using it. So, restock!

Only used once so far. Taste is great but a little sour. Easily dissolves in water. Would mix with a full bottle of a water, does leave a little burning sensation once consumed.

I really like this product. I drink it with creatine and collagen so the taste doesn't really bother me, in fact I kind of like it (my partner doesn't). It definitely suppresses your appetite for most of the day. I prefer to drink it right before lunch to prevent snacking later in the evening. I am very active at my job and often work outside or at least transit outside so it was nice to feel the thermo effect, but not be so warm and sweaty that it was miserable working. I'm fairly sensitive to caffeine as well (I can drink about 2c of coffee per day) and this is low enough in caffeine that I'm still able to have a cup of coffee either in the am or after lunch depending on when I take it.

The taste is way too sweet. Like drinking cough syrup. I'll muscle through the container but never buying it again. On a positive side, it does seem to work. It raised my heart rate and body temperature, while in a resting position. Took me by surprise because I was at work!

Great product. No jitters. Definitely works. Will help with weight loss and appetite suppression. However, there is no magic pill that replaces moving your body and a good diet…so if that’s what you’re looking for, keep searching.

The taste is a bit sweet but it does give me a pick me up in the morning before a jog or a light workout I would definitely buy again but a different flavor because I’m not really a fan of mango flavored powders but this one wasn’t to bad.
