Cans are great heavy duty plastic, grips on the top and side which are great. The nozzle has the required worthless anti-spill nozzle. This idiotic feature requires that you see the small lip on the UNDERSIDE of the nozzle and snag it on the opening of the tank you are filling. Then you need to push the gas can against the tank you are filling WHILE holding up 35 lbs of diesel AND push the correct part of the red plastic release slide so the tip of the nozzle can be pushed into the back of the nozzle and allow the fuel to flow out of the can. Concept is great but the application is terrible. First the nozzel is kept inside the tank where it get covered in fuel which drips everywhere when you take it out and put it on the can. If you leave it on the fuel can outside it collects all sorts of dust and filth inside the nozzel. Also the actua can have a filter/fire plastic tic screen which is again a good ideal but poor application. It prevents the use of a siphoning the gas from the gas can. It torn them out of my 4 diesel cans, and removed the small plastic ear that tore off the main filter. I’ll be buying a simple cap and tossing the ‘safety, nozzles. I don’t like to dribble fuel on the ground and don’t like having dirt and dust go into an upturned nozzel. Yes I’d buy these again. Not their fault they are required to sell the fuels cans with these idiotic nozzles. More armchair safety people who don’t actually used the products they have input on making mandates other are forced to comply with during actual use of the device.

There's nothing wrong with these cans unless you know how simple a fuel can should be. The government restrictions are supposed to improve safety, but all they really do is raise the likelihood that you are going to spill fuel and/or pinch your fingers trying to get the fuel flowing. They do work though.

Great heavy duty American made diesel cans.I needed the cans before the free shipping date, so I paid extra shipping to get them here earlier. There was a problem with the shipper and the cans arrived late. I emailed JBTools and explained the situation and requested a refund for the shipping cost, their Customer Service issued the refund quickly and no questions asked. These yellow diesel fuel cans are a great value for the money spent.

Bought these instead of a transfer tank for periodic work at a remote forested location. These are the right good diesel cans for the job. Buy a pack of gas can vents to put on them and replacement nozzles that arent impossible to use, makes them just like the old ones.

It holds slightly more than 5 gallons, the flex spout is about the right length, it has two handles, and an optional vent that works very well. Very satisfied with the performance in transporting diesel.
