Miter Shears- Trunking Shears for Angular Cutting of Moulding and Trim at 45 Degree, 60, 90 Degree Angles, by American Heritage Industries

Used these shears to miter some 1/2 inch cove trim for the baseboards. It works perfectly - I can’t stress how easy and accurate and strong it is. Obviously not for large boards, but for trims it’s fantastic!

I am a crafter for tabletop gaming and these are an awesome investment for making quick work of cutting craft wood for the terrain pieces that I build for my players and games. I am super impressed with how easy they are to use, how accurately they cut, and they are going to be a permanent installment in my crafting arsenal. I have carpal tunnel syndrome and these shears have helped to diminish the pain I experience while crafting/cutting dramatically.

I used this tool to cut quarter-round molding related to a new floor installation. It worked well. I was impressed with the turn-and-click angle adjustments. It has a padded handle to assist in the rather strong pressure needed to make the cuts.

I originally purchased this set of miter shears for a simple plastic trim craft project. The first one arrived quickly, but was damaged. The cast pot metal fence was broken off on one side of the blade. I promptly returned it and requested another one in it's place. The second one arrived quickly enough... but it too is flawed. The fence is in one piece, but the platform on which you rest the items you want to cut, is warped. The platform droops down on both sides of the blade. This makes it difficult to make accurate cuts. The tool works well, but the quality control is really lacking.In one picture the platform looks fairly flat, but in the other, with the straight edge... the problem is more obvious.

These do not work. I tried to cut very thin trim but was unsuccessful. It’s easier to cut with kitchen scissors than with these. Granted these provide an angle... however, once the piece shatters, the angle is no longer important. Don’t waste your money... it’s really not worth it.

These are great!! Our new favorite hand tool. Surprisingly cuts wood quarter round with ease. It’s an amazing must-have tool addition if you cut molding frequently for flooring projects and don’t want to waste time and energy running to your Miter saw a million times.

They worked great for cutting mitres in styrene modelling plastic.

Son buenas, y puedes cortar en ángulo demasiado rápido, lo malo es que tiene que ser separado la base de la tapa, ya que si lo haces junto, aplasta la canaleta en la orilla, separada tambien la apasta pero es menos

No, sirve para nuestro contexto yucateco, pues las canaletas son más suaves y al hacer el corte se deforma en su totalidad. No me funcionó a mí como electricista.
