EMRAH Pro Premium Arm Blaster - Robust and Adjustable Bodybuilding Bicep Isolator/Bomber Curl Support Straps

I bought this product to assist in isolating my biceps during curling lifts, and they do this very well.The object itself fits around the chest and a small adjustable strap wraps around the neck to hold it loosely in place. It is completely rigid and very effective at isolating the biceps, but can be very uncomfortable on the triceps and elbows depending on how you adjust the strap.As with most weightlifting apparatus, this isn't a particularly comfortable item to use, but it is very effective at what it does.

This is surprisingly excellent quality and better than I expected,especially for the price!

I like the comfort of using this . Also the fact u can adjust the straps to raise the arm blaster higher up the arms to affect the biceps intensity angles etc.

Now I’m no newbie to the gym and know my way around a set of weights. On and off in the gym for 20 odd years. I’m not one for these different fads that come out..ab rollers, chest expanders, big elastic bands etc so I don’t usually look at adverts advertising this stuff..however this piece of kit intrigued me. A very simple concept, but nevertheless appeared to correct your form and keep your back straight while performing bicep curls. For £15 I had to give this a go. I could always send it back. Received in less than 24 hours. Straight out of the box, lengthen the neck strap and it’s ready to go. My first go at using it I was struggling with my dumb bell weight. This is because it makes you use ONLY your bicep for this exercise. Perfect for concentration on isolating that muscle group. All In all a brilliant bit of kit that actually works 👍

Never used one of these before it was very simple to use and does the job perfectly I would recommend getting one of these to anybody who is looking to increase the size of their Biceps it isolates the muscle and stop you using your back!Great product

I have only had the Arm Blaster for about 2 weeks and I am already loving it, beginning to to see/feel the difference, It’s a great investment/buy.

Good quality for what you pay, solid enough. Not very comfy and also takes a bit of getting used to

Very decent for the price, was sceptical but it is well made and definitely works the old biceps eff effectively.Stops the cheating and makes you realise you’ve been curling incorrectly for years!
