Packaging was mediocre...just a plastic bag with a tissue paper with logos from pandora but no jewelry box😠! . It’s authentic. Nice looking bracelet! I wear it without charms and it’s good enough but not the greatest looking. The silver ball always would tarnish when left without wearing for a period of time so i always wash it with liquid soap before wearing and it returns back shiny. It means it’s indeed sterling silver. Bracelet is not that special in any ways when you wear it on its own!

This bracelet came apart about a month after receiving it, only worn a few times. Amazons' replacement policy had just run out. I contacted Pandora customer support chat line and was met with a bot. I think I have more success of getting the issue resolve with a unicorn from Atlantis. Not purchasing jewelry from Amazon any more with this poor policy.

This is a really good braclet . Although i wear it every day with 4 charms on . They only seem to last about 10 month then they start to fray so u will have to keep replacing it if you wear it daily this is the 3rd one iv had in 4 years

The bracelet looks nice. Not sure how long it will last, but the clasp is the same quality as my other bracelets and overall it seems comfortable. The sizing is a bit difficult. Normally my prefered Pandora size is 18 cm/7.1 inches. This put me right between the 13.8 cm and 15 cm sizes for this double wrap bracelet. I went for the lower size hoping it will strech a bit, but maybe 15 cm (hence a bit looser) would have been more comfortable although it would not keep its shape as well. As always Pandora should offer better guidance and more sizing options, as every new bracelet style is a challenge when it comes to sizing.
