If you enter all your food into cronometer, it will show you which nutrients you're lacking. Inspite of eating a ton of vegetables, lean protein, dairy, and trying to hit all the 3:6:9 ratios in the healthiest way, I kept falling short on vitamin e and I've seen so many things say you shouldn't take that as a supplement. So if I take about a teaspoon to 1 1/4 tsp of this - depending on what I eat that day, I can hit my RDA for vitamin e. I can tell how fresh it is too as it tastes like it is. I keep it refridgerated to make sure I don't ruin it! Will continue to order this one for sure after I run out.

Very good E oil. Be prepared for a very organic smell. I use it daily on my face especially in the dry winter months. I mix Frankincense with it, the quality of the oil is very good.

I’m losing a lot of product because I have to pour it out instead of using a dropper- which should be what’s included in the purchase. Then it leaks down the side once you stop tipping the bottle. Next time I’ll buy wheat germ oil that has a better way of dispensing. Otherwise I’m sure the product is fine but at this price it’s upsetting that too much comes out no matter how carefully you tip the bottle then I lose even more product once I tip it straight cuz I then runs down the side of the bottle

This works really well for me. It absorbs well into the skin, I put it on overnight for restoration of the skin, and it does not simply sit on top.It has a very earthy smell, as it is a natural product, so just be aware you probably shouldn't put this during the day and definitely not if you will be around a lot of other people immediately after application.The bottle this comes with a simple twist cap, it does NOT have a dropper, syringe, or spout of any kind. You must apply this by carefully dabbing it into a cotton ball, or quickly dab it on to your palm. If you try to pour it, the oil will get everywhere.A spout or application tool would have been nice.
