Better versions out there that are methylated but this is solid and safe
Smells really strong but not absolutely terrible, it has decent formula but value is mediocre given it's not methylated.

Just what I needed!
In my opinion, the vitamin proportions are just right. It doesn't increase my urinary frequency or make the urine extremely yellow as the amounts of B6 and B2 are not too high. Also, I like the fact that it has methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin as B12.
