Grounded Silver Plush Pad Kit

When I first put it crosswise on the upper part of my futon bed, under the fitted sheet, beneath my upper body, I got too warm. I put it under my feet and it's perfect. I was unable to fall asleep at night, or I'd fall asleep and wake up two hours later and not be able to fall asleep again. The worst was I started hearing Morse Code bleeping when I lay on my left side, in my left ear. Part of the problem was I was going to bed at 2am or 3am. I started going to bed at 11pm. But immediately I started using the earthing pad, I stopped hearing the Morse Code, I went back to having REM sleep, and the best part, in the morning I have no body swelling. My wrists are slender, my ankles are slender, my feet look like I just did a good yoga class. I have less joint discomfort in my knees. I can't say enough good things about this earthing pad.

this product is excellent. The quality and thickness of the pad I like as I have the sheet and find that too thin. I've noticed the first week a big difference in the aches and pains I suffered as well as how much more energy I have plus I sleep through the night never did that before....get it...I've now bought more for relatives..it's that good.

I bought this mat so my family and I could get the benefits of grounding while we sleep and during the winter when we don't go outside much. I decided to go with this product because it came with a book, an outlet tester, the grounding cord, and because the mat looked comfortable. The first 2 nights I used it, I actually kept waking up and didn't sleep through the night which is not something i normally do. I am not sure if that's a coincidence or if the mat had something to do with it? So in my bed i have my fiance, my 5 year old, and myself so I have the mat spread out and centered on the bed horizontally so we could all lay on it. The grounding connector on my mat is located on the top silver part that you are suppose to lay on, which gets a little bit uncomfortable having to lay on the cord. I wish it came with it attached underneath (like it is shown in the pictures) This also makes it more likely to knock the grounding wiring completely off while sleeping. There were several nights I woke up and the grounding wire got detached from the mat. I ended up contacting the seller and they sent me a replacement wire which seems to be working out since then. So we have been using it just about every night for about 1 month now and I don't feel noticeably different, but I also read it could take some time to adjust and really benefit from it. Will keep using and update with any more helpful information I have

I am so excited to get this today and sitting on it right now. I only gave 3 stars for now because I have not used it for long enough yet. One thing that was hard was to snap the grounding chord onto the pad.... I really struggled with it and thought it was to small to fit correctly .. finally got it snapped. I like that it comes with a grounding tester so you know you outlets are properly grounded. Next I am going to purchase a voltage meter so I can test what voltage I am maintaining without the pad then sit on the pad and see if the voltage goes down like I watched on a utube video. I chose to purchase a this pad verses some of the mats were reviewed to be of cheap quality and fall apart quickly. This one seems fine... time will tell.

At first I received only the pad, cord and outlet tester and everything seemed to work fine! However, the Earthing Book and DVD were not included in the shipment. Note: After contacting the seller (Earthing), the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently, and I now have both the DVD and Earthing book. I love the Plush Pad! Very easy to use and effective!

This was super easy to get started with, and since I started, I'm honestly feeling more rested when I wake up after sleeping with this pad under my legs. I also work with it on my chair, and I feel like I handle stressful work situations much calmer. Happy to be able to get more Earthing time in my days :)

But i got a defective one ...The trim threads came undone after less than a week of using...Returning this and i ordered a different pad from amazon for my husband that is soft vegan leather/carbon from same maker of these that will last yrs to come i heard.We have been using the sheets for yrs now but they just dont last long enough for what you pay...I got myself this pad in the 27 inch for my bed from earthing website so we will be set...If you buy one make sure you get a continuity checker and check periodically to make sure its working AND never use natural soap to wash because of the oils in it..Not good for silver.

Myself and my family are very much into natural health and nutrition & Alternative natural remedies. Was very disappointed to find that this Mat made no difference for either myself, my mother or my sister. :(
