Its very easy use
It's very easy to use and the small cleaning container is great to have. It's a practical container that I can use when traveling somewhere during my recovery process.

Still Finding Comfort in This Little Helper
Continuing my recovery after rhinoplasty, this NANOVITA nostril retainer has remained a key part of my routine. The soft medical-grade silicone is still really comfortable to wear, even for extended periods. It's gentle on the skin while providing that necessary support to maintain the shape of my nostrils as everything settles. What I like about this simple device is how it discreetly does its job. It's easy to insert and remove, and it gives me confidence that I'm actively contributing to a good outcome from my surgery. For anyone else going through a similar procedure, having a comfortable and effective nostril retainer like this can really make the healing process a bit easier and less stressful.

Love the Nanovita Nostril Shaper
I love the Nanovita Nostril Retainer, Nostril Shaping After Nose Surgery, Nostril Retainer Rhinoplasty, Nose Shaper Device Made of 100% Medical Silicone, Nose pad for Surgery, Nostril Support Device (7)I have a deviated septum and 2 holes in my septum which whistle when breathing in. Not only that but while I’m sleeping, the one part will lay over in my nostril blocking the breathing at night. So I’m constantly turning over and over to unblock the one side then the other side will get blocked.I got the Nanovita in the size 7 which fits perfectly, you’ll want it a little snug. It comes with a clear plastic case and you can sterilize it with boiling water first (it tells you a line to pour the water up to from your kettle). Then dry it off and fit it into your nostrils. I used mine about an hour so far and it helped me breathe better. I think I might try a size 6 next time, only because further back my nostril openings are smaller. But I would definitely get more and hopefully be able to sleep with it in to help with the septum.

Helps your breathe to sleep
I did not purchase this because of surgery. I purchased this to help me breathe with a stuffy nose to help me sleep. At first it's not comfortable in your nose and irritates it a bit, but after first-use I was use to it. It worked well, I was able to breathe with a stuffy nose and I slept through the night with it in my nose. It did not fall out. This is a good value.

Not useful for me
Not only do these not stay in I have no idea how they would even be very effective at all. I might repurpose as an electrical chord plug cap…

Tricky but important to get the correct size
This nostril support device is well-made, durable, flexible enough to be comfortable, yet firm enough to hold its shape. I bought it because my nostrils tend to collapse when I inhale quickly, partly due to a deviated septum and partly genetic. I wanted this device to ensure a complete opening of my nasal passage. Unfortunately, the size I chose, while it fit my nose comfortably, did not allow for completely unrestricted breathing while actively exercising. The size of the nostril holes is just a bit smaller than I would hope for. This device is designed for recovery from nasal operations, so unrestricted breathing while exercising vigorouslyis probably not the most important quality. But I was disappointed and took off a star for that reason.

It works! I can breathe thru my nose again!
I had major sinus surgery in 2014. Unfortunately, due to a post-op infection and my toddler head butting me; my sinuses never healed correctly. I have a deviated septum that partially obstructs my nares. I had recently noticed that I felt like I couldn’t breathe thru my nose when using my Cpap. I was about to make a dreaded appointment with an ENT when I saw this device. I was SHOCKED the first time I used it and I could feel cool air hit my throat! I could breathe through my nose! Like, really breath thru my nose! I’m excited to see how things, hopefully continue to progress positively. Here’s some pics for you Amazon 😜 👃The first pic is without the device. The second pic has the device in and even though it doesn’t reach the edge of my nares; it is opening my sinuses towards my turbinates (maybe?)
