Labor-intensive, but worth it!

This is probably my favourite cookbook, it's really versatile, from mid-week dinners to long weekend lunches with friends. Everything I've made in this book has turned out well.

This is a fabulous book - I would attempt most recipes in this book (unlike many other cookbooks where you make only a few). Slowly working my way through. Delicious & unexpected flavour combinations. An Australian recipe book (some ingredients not available where I'm currently living in the U.S. eg Haloumi). All recipes large servings & very satisfying. Great for entertaining as well as everyday & seasonal cooking. My favourites so far: beetroot &. Dill with creme fraiche & walnuts; black bean eggplant with snake beans & brown rice; fried zucchini with green cous cous; spiced Persian re lentils with roasted cauliflower & yogurt.

I should have bought the hard copy.
