Samsung E1150 Mobile Phone (Cobble Black)

I am completely satisfied with the service from Amazon and Ashton Portal. I had previousely stated I did not receive the phone but unfortunately, I did not look in the compartment of the box. I apologise for the previous negative headline and will forward a cheque to Ashton Portal to cover the cost of the postage for the 2nd box and the inconvenience. The phone is what I wanted and does everything I need. It is light in weight and is a lovely phone. Ashton Portal is an excellent company and very reliable. I will not hesitate to use that company again.

The phone is really good but the provider is really bad. I brought this phone for my mom and it was saying that i can insert any types sim. After 2 days I've received my phone but it's not letting me to insert 3Network sim plus on the phone there is a logo of T-Mobile. Whatever its on the product describtion is completly wrong!I will advice you not to buy this phone.

I wanted a flip phone because I do a lot of running and cycling and a flip phone goes inside a pocket and protects all the keys, screen etc. I had a Nokia before but eventually being in the same pocket as my keys and bouncing around caused it to depart the land of the living. Nokia no longer make a flip phone and I ended up with the Samsung. I only want to phone and text, not take photos or access the web so the functions are fine.The software isn't quite as intuitive as the Nokia but is OK. The only two real shortcomings are:1) that the keys don't have quite such a good action and you are not always sure how many times you have pressed them2) It is hard to see what character is under the cursor, particularly when it is exclamation marks, quotes etc and by the time you have worked it out it thinks you have stopped pressing and has moved on to another character.It is called titanium silver but it is reallt black plastic but then i knew that before i bought it.Hey, it makes calls and sends texts and has good reception. And it was cheap. great idea.

This phone was bought as a spare until one was purchased for a birthday present. Anyway it was very easy to use, It doesn't have a camera or caller ID as my other phone had but with press any key to answer, once the lid was flipped it was easy to see who was calling. A good little phone which I will keep as a just in case now and worth every penny.

I bought the product through ALB in Germany and the after sales service has been good. They have responded to e-mails very quickly. However I have had to contact them because of problems with the delivery service. I am English and the phone arrived with German as the set language and no instructions. I had the instructions from them quickly, but then realised the charger was European. They have offered to pay the small charge for an adaptor, but it means me ordering from Amazon and then they will credit me. All additional annoyances. The phone is very compact and light which I like. The charge lasts a long time. The screen is small but clear and the buttons are easy to read. Sound quality both for notifying a call and listening to the caller is very good. The phone does have a plastic feel to it and the buttons are not always precise. Over all, so far I am happy with the phone, but at £30 with p & p it was not paticularly value for money.

"Sim Free works on all UK networks (Not the Three 3G network)"no, no it does not. Will not recognize vodafone sim card

I've been desperate for another of these tiny indestructible phones as mine is dying of old age. They're great for work if you have a hard physical job in which a fancy smart phone will last 5 seconds. Sadly these phones are obsolete so when I saw this one second hand I snapped it up. It arrived very quickly and very well packaged. Nothing fancy nothing special but a very hard working and near indestructible little phone. 5 stars to the seller for such fast delivery

Edit: Today I received an e-mail from SundayElectronics offering me £5 if I removed the following feedback. I consider this a bribe, no wonder their ratings are so high ! But my feedback stays, I think its £5 well spent if I can prevent others from wasting their money. Original feedback: Speedy delivery and yes the phone is new but the seal on the box had been broken and replaced. I assume this happened when the phone was unlocked from the T Mobile network who's logo is still emblazoned across the bottom of the screen ! Not good enough to give as a gift like I intended so sorry, 2 stars.

Compré el móvil para un familiar acostumbrado a usar móviles antiguos ya que tiene 70 años.Me costó 90€ y le fallaba la bateria. Puse una reclamación y me enviaron otro al que le fallaba los altavoces.La solución ? que los envíe a reparar.Pérdida de tiempo, dinero y rabia por haber pagado 90€ por un móvil que seguro son reutilizados.

So bene che il telefono è un modello vecchissimo, neanche più in produzione, ma mi sorge un dubbio sulla sua originalità. Il volume delle chiamate è bassissimo e la batteria dura meno di una giornata (??) Spiace!

Ich bin kein großer Handyfreak. Ich brauche ein Handy nur, um mal zu telefonieren oder ggf. mal eine SMS zu schreiben, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Daher suchte ich ein Handy ohne großen Schnick-Schnack und mit diesem Handy habe ich genau das gefunden. Auch wollte ich meine bisherige SIM-Karte weiter verwenden, was ebenfalls mit diesem Handy möglich ist. So konnte ich meine Handy-Nr. behalten und brauchte nicht allen meinen Kontakten eine neue Handy-Nr. mitzuteilen.Auch die Bedienung des Handys ist einfach. Zuerst mal SIM-Karte und Akku rein und schon ist das Handy betriebsbereit. Das ist in zwei Minuten erledigt. Auch das Menü ist einfach aufgebaut und erklärt sich von selbst. Meist brauchte ich gar keine Bedienungsanleitung.Der Akku hält tatsächlich sehr lange, wie in der Artikelbeschreibung versprochen. Das hatte sich schon bewährt bei mir. Ich war z. B. über Pfingsten für drei Tage in Kurzurlaub. Vor der Abreise hatte ich den Akku aufgeladen und so konnte ich das Netzteil unbesorgt zu Hause lassen. Ich hatte im Urlaub einmal damit telefoniert und zweimal die Alarmfunktion genutzt. Nun bin ich schon eine Woche zurück und der Akku hält immer noch.Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen: Wer ein Handy nur mal zum Telefonieren braucht, ist mit diesem hier bestens bedient. Wer aber höhere Ansprüche an ein Handy hat, sollte die Finger davon lassen. Für meine Ansprüche genügt dieses Handy vollkommen. Für diesen Preis ist es absolut okay. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen.
