I'd never heard of exomes, so I did some research and had to try this! I immediately noticed that my products were soaking into my completely, and it really does feel like microneedling. I'm 41 and my skin looks and feels incredible (no makeup or filters)! There is no residue or stickness, it's super effective, and the price point is fantastic! I actually liked this so much that I also ordered their pink gel moisturizer, which has been as effective as Il Makiage's power lift.**If you have sensitive skin, I would definitely start with the lower count and see how it takes it. My daughter's is sensitive and she is unable to use it. My skin is not at all, so I started with the 7500, but still noticed a little dryness with nightly use.

I only use 2-3 times a week. Very powerful serum. Will feel the product working, it’s like sharp prickly feel on the skin but it’s a great collagen serum. I live Medicube and have all the skincare products! Get the whole line for best results for more youthful, glowing, tight skin. Doesn’t have a scent. Will buy again for wrinkles and large pores

If you follow K skincare, you’ve probably heard of PDRN. No this isn’t as strong as some of the stuff you can get from Rejuran, but I like that Medicube has made it accessible and paired it with their spicule delivery technology. For $20 you can’t go wrong. PDRN has rejuvenation properties, so this serum will do a lot for maintaining healthy and youthful skin. I used the 7500, and it does not hurt that bad.Contrary to what another reviewer has stated, I make sure and rub it in as much as possible, as that means the spicules are being embedded in my epidermis, and delivering the PDRN where it should be. Obviously don’t do this if you experience irritation!

Love the product but did anyone else feel like it was half empty? Made my face feel incredible after just one use but I feel like it was at least half gone when it arrived 😢

50 yr old female, I recently lost over 100 pounds and I'm having loose skin issues in my lower face and neck, you can Def feel this product it is prickly but I've seen a noticeable improvement using this the gel moisturizer and sheet mask. This stuff is legit! I have been alternating the 2000 and 7500 serums for the past month, and the difference in my skin is already noticeable. My melasma has lightened considerably, my skin texture is more refined and firm, and looks more glowy, hydrated, and plump. I can see a difference in wrinkle and fine line depth, especially in my lip lines. I took close up before and after photos and was shocked at the difference when I compared them side-by-side.I was always afraid to try micro-needling because I tend to be too aggressive, so these spicule serums have bridged a gap for me. Yes, you can definitely feel a "needling" sensation. If you're sensitive or squeamish about needle-prick sensations...this might not be for you. The spicules feel like they stay on the surface of your skin for quite a while. If I touch my face I can feel the needle sensation for about an hour afterward. The spicules allow my other skincare products to penetrate and absorb more effectively, whereas before they sat atop my skin and did nothing. After years of retinoids, vitamin C, niacinamide, peels...virtually every active skincare ingredient possible...I am finally seeing improvements in my complexion. HALLELUJAH!!!In essence, these serums have been a game-changer for me!

This is unlike any product I have ever used. I don’t know how to describe the feeling that you get when you apply it to your face. It’s not an irritant. It’s not a tangle. It doesn’t feel like a stinging. But you can definitely feel some thing going on with your face. So far I’ve enjoyed the product. I think my skin is looking amazing.
