First time trying red light therapy. I was diagnosed with MS a few years ago and have lesions on my cervical and thoracic spine that causes bad nerve pain in my upper arms. I’ve been using this product for about three weeks now and it has diminished my nerve pain in my arms when I’m sleeping. (Disclaimer: still using my normal pain relief products in addition to red light therapy.) Simple to get on and easy to charge. I’m a LifePro user for life!

I use this red-light therapy product as it is designed for --- around the neck and upper chest and/or back as it works both ways. Only issue that is puzzling is the info says it runs for 20 min. sessions and shuts off. However it doesn`t stay on that long --- more like 10 - 12 minutes. Unsure exactly, even tho. I have tried to pay attention to an approximate time. Don`t always notice when it turns off because I am wearing it while doing household activities. It can be turned on again for added time and is useable on a charge for several of the short sessions. Other than the time of staying lighted as long as I thought it would each session, I like using it.

This neck wrap is comfortable and fits well. It warms up nicely which provides therapeutic heat with the red light treatment. I do feel like it is helping not just with neck pain but also with the skin looking better/more even toned on my neck. Unfortunately this is the 2nd one I’ve gotten due to battery issues. My first connected battery stopping working/turning on. This current one only gets 1-2 wears before needing a charge again.
