iSpring US31 3-Stage Under Sink Water Filter System with Faucet, 1 Year

I installed the iSpring US31 under-sink water filter system recently and have been very happy with it so far. The installation was surprisingly easy, and the package came complete with all the hardware, tubing, faucet, and filters needed to get everything set up.The instructions were clear, and the overall build quality feels solid. After installation, the water tasted noticeably cleaner and fresher right away. It’s a great system if you want better drinking water without dealing with large countertop filters or bottled water.Overall, a very good value and a well-designed kit.

I love this water system. It was easy to install and the replacement filters are affordable. The quality and taste of the water is excellent. I have had this system for over a year and it has been easy to maintain and keeps delivering consistent quality water and water pressure. I am also very impressed with the company and customer service. When I called to ask a question about a small leak, Sean answered the phone, I was stunned to get a person immediately. He answered all my questions and offered me a quick solution to my problem. He followed up with and email about our conversation and made sure that my problem was resolved. I was so impressed that I wish there were more people like Sean and more companies like Ispring out there. They definitely set a high standard on quality products and customer service!! That's rare in todays world!!

This isn’t my first, and it’s still super easy to install, filters are affordable, water tastes great. Mine is plumbed into both the drinking water spout, and fridge ice maker. Zero complaints.

I installed an ispring in a wet bar sink that is also connected to a coffee maker. The install was easy and I am impressed with the flow volume. Plenty for a secondary sink. I added a water softener to the third filter. It all worked great for 9 months after installation. Unfortunately the sediment filter (purple filter housing) threads cracked for some reason and water sprayed out onto our dining room floor for 30 minutes while we were not home. By the time we discovered it we had 3/8 inch of water in our dining and kitchen. I was able to shop vac it up quickly and we avoided serious flood damage. We are still on the lookout for mold. I called iSpring and talked to Sean. He was great. He thought it could be water pressure fluctuations in city water but we don’t tend to have those that I know of. He quickly shipped out a replacement unit and a regulator to help with water pressure fluctuations. I easily replaced the old filter and am back in service. I turn the water off now when not in use as a safety backup. I give them 5 stars for service but only 3 for product quality due to the defect in the threads on the sediment filter.

Fantastic Kit. Very nice quality. Great packing and easy setup. This is a no brainer. We drink tons more water because of it. Fit right into a small cabinet under the sink. I'll try and grab some pictures to add. The water tastes great, so it must be doing a great job filtering because I couldn't stand the taste of our city water before.

Arrived early, super easy to install and Lowe's has a three way shark bite fitting that allows easy installation to the fridge ice maker. Super good water now because without this filter, chlorine levels were way to high.

This system is not NSF certified. There is a database. You can look it up. The filters themselves are only certified to work in a reverse osmosis system as pre-filters. Reverse osmosis itself removes everything, so the pre-filters don't need to remove lead etc. These aren't certified to do anything on their own. I assume they do remove actual sediment and possibly improve flavor since there is apparently charcoal in them, but they aren't even certified even at that basic level. Even common pitcher filters have NSF certification. I would absolutely not trust these for water with suspected lead or other heavy metals, and certainly not for PFAS, medications or microbes.I'm returning the system unused. Wish I would have done this research first. We're inclined to believe the claims in product descriptions and think "they can't get away with outright lies, right?Yes they can.Update: I emailed i-Spring and the rep confirmed they aren't certified and that the description here is misleading

Well made product and very easy to install. Particularly impressed with the quality of the filter housings. Once installed it took a few days for the water to completely clear, but I think that that was just down to the new filters. Water taste is great as is the flow rate. Only slight criticism is the small clip fittings for the pipe work, however I think that this is the same design on most new filter systems. Overall would highly recommend, especially at the price.
