Thomas and Friends TrackMaster Tidmouth Sheds Playset

Great train track, quite large and great starting point as you can add other tracks and trains to it. The shed part is a little flimsy but in no means should this put you off. Really good with the motorised turntable to the sheds or track. This was bought at a fraction of the price of other stores and I do feel it is a great toy. My 3 year old daughter and friends enjoy playing with it.

Lots of reviews saying this item is flimsy. My son has been wanting it the past 2 years so flimsy or not at this price i just cant wait to see his face when he opens it christmas day. Its the big smile i paid for.

Bought this for our 3 year old grandson and he loves it. Connected onto a bigger track its great although it might not be so good on its own due to its small track layout.

My son loves this. He's three and got it for his birthday today.The turntable is excellent - the train trundles on and catches on the special piece of turntable track. The spinning of the engine's wheels makes the turntable turn and a little lever on the periphery allows you (or your child ;O) to choose the exit route for the train - be that into the sheds or onto piece of track that goes off into to wild-yonder.The sheds are thin plastic and there really should be a picture of the back of them ... because it doesn't exist! There is no "back" except a couple of support posts. The reason for it is that you can attach pieces of trackmaster track just inside each shed door so that your engines can go through them and keep going until they hit the buffers (supplied in the box).It was super-easy to snap together. My big concern is how it will stand up to being tripped over or trodden on in a moment of high excitement. Hopefully it will collapse and just need a rebuild (if it happens i'll post the results!).The plastic mountain is good too - especially if you've got a little plastic Harold the helicopter - because there's a flat heli-pad on the top.All in all - I thought it was good value for money (go checkout ebay to see the prices people will pay for trackmaster stuff) and i've got a very happy son who can finally put Thomas to bed in a proper engine shed!.UPDATE (28-May-2012): As predicted - my son has now managed to trip over and land on this product! Happy to report that neither he or the sheds were damaged to any significant degree. As expected, the sheds just popped their seams and required a rebuild.

my boys have a long track and they wanted the station..so we bought them this for the station since they have enough tracks. it is made of poor quality the station breaks up easily when you tough it even slightly and straight away when you push a train. it is very annoying. not worth it

Dissappointed with product, I thought turntable would be battery operated, Does not release train properly.Also I now have 3 Thomas enginesas I have bought other sets, why can't the items have various engines instead of Thomas.

my son really loves the tidmouth sheds. he really happy, bit fiddly to put together but worth it when done

Ho acquistato il deposito per un bimbo ed era molto felice. L'unico difetto è che i binari sono davvero pochi quindi il bimbo non riesce a giocare all'interno del circuito. Il servizio è stato in ogni caso molto rapido.

My 3 year old granddaughter absolutely loves the Tidmouth Sheds. She got it for Christmas and sets it in the living room, or her bedroom every day! It is the perfect compliment to a set that has plenty of tracks and trains. At first her parents had to set it up for her, but now she can do it by herself, and loves creating new track configurations every time she sets it up.

price was outrageous but i have one happy lil man. it was hard to find instead of the wooden track.
