Before taking moringa, for years I took the usual multi-vitamin like many other men. Over time, I tried various ones,Mens One a day, Centrum, or generic store brands, depending on availability or my finances, so basically I had nopreference, I would take one a day until the bottle was gone, then get another one. I would say that I was in OKhealth, but by no means a health nut. Several times a week ate junk food and visited fast food places, along with notmuch excercise. But this I AM SURE of, within just a week of taking moringa, I noticed several improvements. After doing a bitof research into multi-vitamins pills and vitamins in general, I learned there is a big difference between thevitamins/nutrients that are absorbed into your body from actual consumed food, and the vitamins/nutrients fromsynthetic pills. If you go down to the molecular level, both natural Vitamin C from an orange and Vitamin Csynthetically made in a lab are the same. The issue is however, the way our body responds to it. The natural vitaminsare absorbed into the body much easier and are more beneficial. So even though you may take large dose of syntheticVitamin C in a pill form, you would benefit much more if you ate some bell peppers or drank a glass of orange juice.So therein lies the rub with multi-vitamin pills, even though each pill may contain a large quantity of vitamins, mostall of them are derived synthetically and therefore once eaten a big percentage is never absorbed into the body. Product meets expectations

I have to say I was skeptical at first. I've been adding this moringa powder to my morning drink for a several months now, and I'm absolutely loving the results! I was looking for a natural boost of energy and something to help with overall wellness, and this has definitely delivered. I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels throughout the day, without any jitters or crashes. Plus, I feel like my digestion has been better too. The powder itself is finely ground and mixes easily into my smoothies. It has a mild, earthy flavor that I actually enjoy. I'm so glad I discovered this product and will definitely be reordering!"

NOT GOOD!!!! How do I hate this Moringa? Let me count the ways. First, there is a labeling problem. If the manufacturer insists that the product is "freeze dried", why not go through the process of indicating this on the label? I can only question the legitimacy of that particular claim. But more importantly concerning the labeling, I believe that the USDA Organic designation on the label is fraudulent. After having a bad reaction to the product, I personally contacted the USDA NOP division, only to find out that the agency which [supposedly] certified this product does not exist. In addition, the USDA rep searched the manufacturer (Organic Veda / Lords Organic) and indicated that their USDA organic delegation was returned -- supposedly due to the company's inability to meet the standards for the 'USDA Organic' delegation. So in essence, it appeared that the company was attempting to receive certification from a legitimate agency, but could not meet the standards. This is all new to me since I was just foolish enough to believe what is on the label. I decided to contact the company directly because at this point I was annoyed. No response after numerous attempts. Finally, after indicating via email that I would be filing a complaint with the USDA, I received the following response: "I am on vacation with family...I will respond to your concerns when I return". WTH!?! I'm done.If all this weren't enough, let me briefly talk about the quality of the product. I have used organic moringa powder for YEARS, but this is the worst-smelling, worst-tasting, lime-green colored stuff I have ever seen. It made me sick to my stomach. I didn't want to believe it, so I kept taking it over a 3 day period before I begin to question the quality. The color is the same bright green that can be seen on the background of the label. I am REALLY CURIOUS concerning the positive feedback here. Could these be fake reviews? People could not possibly have had such a good experience with this stuff OR with the company.

I take this every day. I don't eat vegetables like i should. Thi powder provides every nutrient i need. Tastes like spinach sort of. I usually just put a little bit on the corner of something I'm eating and tough it out. I plan to stuff capsules with it at some point. I like the canister it comes in and it comes with a little spoon. I'll keep purchasing this.

I bought this after much thought and with high expectations because of all the health benefits it is supposed to have, but I’m not sure if it’s effective. It came with a security seal and a double cap. The color is bright green, but the smell is unbearable. I tried adding small amounts to smoothies several times, and while the smell was masked, every time I opened the can, I had doubts about the product and started using it less. However, it is easy to swallow.
