I have used these for a few months, very satisfied. Easy set up with my wifi, alerted me once for my leaking dehumidifier in the basement. I had used other brands before but it didn’t work with my upgraded WiFi anymore.

Works as expected. It’s a little annoying that you need to hard wire the router. Otherwise it would be 5 star

Easy to set up, price is reasonable, and it works. If something else comes up in the future i will update this review.

The monitor emits alarm beeps if moisture is detected. That's a good thing. The hub with which the monitor communicates can, allegedly, itself, connect to your LAN by wi-fi, but the instructions for doing this are either imprecise or incorrect, and I was unable to set this up. The hard-wired hub-to-LAN connection was easy, but that requires one have a site for the hub near a power source and a LAN port, and it adds two more cables/wires to one's forest of such fixtures.

Amazing. These give me peace of mind with any potential leaks. I will say that I’m having a hard time figuring out how to share the app/permissions on another device in the home

Insanely easy to set up. I use smart things and Google home. It didn’t integrate Smart Things but did with Google home. I expected it to take a half hour to get everything connected and working and it took like 10 minutes. It was so easy, I thought i did it wrong. I tested the sensors and they detected water immediately. Highly recommend.

These will not stay connected despite being connected to LAN. Waste of money . I will not keep pulling out refrigerator to try and reconnect them. But something else.

I opened it up the system and set it up pretty easy it says on the bottom of the water sensor that it takes two AA batteries. No way to open the unit up and put the batteries in. I reread the instructions several times figuring I’m too stupid to see it. So I gave up and called customer service and she said oh you just have to go online to find out how to change the batteries. They don’t put it in the effing instructions! To save you some time there’s a little rubber plug on the bottom and you pop that out, and there’s a screw underneath it.

1. The product description states "effortless installation" - placing the units is easy - but configuring the software installation is not. If you are at all phased by IT connectivity - try another system that is more easily installed. 2. This was delivered to the UK from the USA - so it came with a USA 2 pin plug.
