What does it smell like?

I rubbed some on my hand and could hardly smell it. It is not strong-smelling at all, nothing unpleasant as far as I could tell.

Is it normal for the bottle not to be all the way full, I feel like a lot of product is missing?

I have ordered this shampoo for my husband a few times and he has never noticed that the bottle was not full enough. Could there have been leakage during shipping?
