I took a long time choosing an Omega 3 supplement. These are great value for the potency and important for me as a migraine sufferer, absolutely no fishy aftertaste or fishy burps. Also, made in the U.K. with good credentials. I usually use a more expensive brand but these do exactly the same job at a fraction of the cost, so I can afford to keep buying them. 10/10.

The best omega 3. Clean ingredients. Quite big in size but very easy to swallow. Doesn’t give you fishy burps or heartburn. Will buy these again and again!

Item was of good quality and provided good effective amounts of EPA and DHA which are great for inflammatory conditions as per numerous scientific research. However, I no longer purchase these as they no longer use fish gelatine for the capsules and hence no longer suitable for a pescatarian or halal diet.
