Great little braces good support, comfortable easy to put on an off.

I have an awful case of tennis elbow and decided to try this out based on the positive reviews. I have to say this product has really met expectations. It's no miracle cure by any means but it does provide a proper amount of pressure, allowing me to continue lifting weights. There is still some pain and awareness of the injury while lifting but nothing like lifting without it. I forgot to bring it to the gym one day and lifted without the brace and definitely noticed the difference. The brace is stylish-looking, with a gray pattern woven into the black material but not loud or obnoxious. On occasion it might feel a bit snug on the upper arm but a slight adjustment does the trick. It's retained its elasticity as I wear it even to sleep for added protection. The fact that it comes with 2 is great, also. I can leave one in my gym bag and use one at home and always have that spare when needing to wash one of them. Overall: good fit (accurate per sizing chart), quality, breathable material, effective, and priced right.

Product functions very close to the given description. You will have full range of motion. This is a compression brace so it will not relieve all the pain but it does relieve it to a manageable level. It will bulge slightly inside of elbow when arm is bent but not bad. For the most part it does stay in place but at extended use will creep down a bit. I bought XL for 16" bicep so slight creeping is to be expected. Sizing seems to be accurate. It is snug but doesn't cut into arm. All things considered it is excellent quality and performance at a very reasonable cost. By the way the come as a pair

This is my second order from 3 years ago, I have used these 3 x a week during workouts and as needed. I have large arms (16 inch biceps) and the the XL fits well. I use them because my elbows get sore from typing and tricep exercises exacerbate the pain at times. Every 2 years I still have to get a steroid injection into elbow tendon, but these do help. I hand wash them and hang them to dry. They have maintained their compression and have not tattered or shown much wear. The only time I had to throw one out was when my puppy decided it would be a good chew toy- but that was her prerogative...lol. They are very economical (2 for just under $20). I order the black color to cut down on visible dirt/wear. I have worn them under a long sleeve dress shirt without anyone noticing.

Measured my elbow/bicep at the location advised (14”) and ordered the XL. Still seems a little too tight. Also the fabric on your skin is far from “soft” or comfortable. It does offer good support though.

Thanks to all the reviewers and being a previous user of my beloved Powerlix knee brace compression sleeve, I bought this to help with my tricep tendonitis and bursitis I have going on. Wow I was in alot of pain before this sleeve; but I was in 70% relief and even slept with it on, elevated on a pillow next to me, in order to get some sleep. I love the product; and it held up well. Only needed 1 sleeve but it comes as a pair, so I will keep the other one for another time. Playing ball with my furbabies makes me throw the ball further than I should; which led me to this painful condition. I am now going to wear it when I toss the balls for them several times a day. I also wore this sleeve while working at my office desk because my condition was so painful and it really did help more than I could ever imagine. It feels good on and not too tight, not too lose. Did the job and I would definitely recommend!

I got this on the hope that it would help with my tennis elbow (I don't play tennis) -- I do a lot of repetitive motions with a mouse and keyboard and I guess my arm finally had enough after 25years -- I looked up and found that compression sleeves like this one is supposed to help.. and I can tell you it does completely helps lesson the pain.. it won't go away completely obviously but I can tell a BIG difference when I'm wearing it and it feels MUCH better - totally recommend if you have this type of pain going on.. it's well made, easy to put on just make sure the tag stays flat as you pull it on and you move it into the right spot on your elbow

I randomly ended up with tennis elbow and it was driving me nuts, especially at work or first thing in the morning. This sleeve did help alleviate the discomfort quite a bit but it didn't rid me of it entirely. I think the tricky thing with products like these is getting the sizing right. I measured my arm and ordered the size recommended for my upper arm, and the sleeve does fit perfectly on that area of my arm. The problem is my upper arm is quite a bit larger than the area directly above and below my elbow, which is the area that seems to actually need compression. For me the sleeve was pretty loose on my elbow and upper forearm, like there was a gap between my skin and the sleeve so I mean very little compression. Kind of like wearing a form fitting shirt. I could have returned it for a smaller size but I think that would have been too tight on my upper arm for me to wear it for any extended period. Definitely better than no brace and it's a well made product that holds up well to washing. And you get two so that makes it an exceptionally good deal, I'd just be aware that sizing may take some trial and error or you may not get the fit you had originally hoped for.

La uso en mis entrenamientos de fuerza, y se nota la compresión, reduciendo las molestias del “codo de tenista”. No te libra de ir al fisio, pero ayuda mucho.

Mam problem z łokciem, a ta opaska bardzo się przydała. Świetnie wykonana, nie "zjeżdża" z ręki. Kupiłem wersję XL, rozmiar się zgadzał. Po pewnym czasie się rozciąga ale to normalne. Na razie wszystko jest ok.

Very nice quality. Comfortable to wear at the gym. Helps with nerve pain.

Apres des douleurs lancinantes au coude provoqué par une tendinite , j'ai fini par acheté ce produit. Il y en a deux ce qui permet de faire la rotation de lavage. Je pense que ça protège bien le coude , ça permet notamment d'éviter le pire si on s'oublie en faisant des mauvais mouvement. La qualité est au rendez vous, les coutures tiennent bien , le maintien est top. Je recommande.
