How can we use sound because there is no sound in built in the product PLS HEALP US. Films are missing and damaged. We want to return the product as this product is not needed anymore

product looks good but it is delivered without remote controller. so, i put request for the replacement. Again, they delivered without remote and i am not happy with your service. so i am returning it back.

The product came even before the date of its delivery.So beautiful and I have no complaints.Remote on the other hand works very well even if you used it farther.Maybe just others doesn’t know how to used it.I recommend this to other mommies who want their babies or toddlers to not scared to sleep on their own room or for them to sleep well.The musics and lights are very amusing.Thank you seller ❤️

Es perfecta para viajar. Al poderse plegar ocupa muy poco espacio. Es de batería, por lo que la cargas en casa y dura bastante, claro según uso. Potente y , lo mejor regulable en intensidad. Buen producto.
