I was so glad to find this glucosamine condroiton!! Usually I have to go to Costco with my daughter to get these. I live in a rural area & the closest Costco is over 3 a hour drive. The price is the same. It was a speedy delivery even though I marked not to rush. This. Supplemental helps with my hips to have less pain. It is a quality product. I recommend it to anyone having joint problems.

I bought the exact medication my mom needed, and it has been very beneficial for her leg. I am very pleased.

The product description says that the bottle contains 220 tablets; the bottle says 280. It is actually 280. Nice not having to drive 32 miles to Costco to buy their house brand. This medicine seems to be effective, but at 77 years of age, nothing is going to make all joint pain disappear. Happy enough to continue using it.

I’ve been taking Glucosamine for the past few months to support joint health and ease daily stiffness—especially in my knees and hips from years of physical activity and training. I have been taking these about 12 to 15 years. Before Costco sold these my East Indian MD/Acupuncturist was able to get me a similar formulation for a rotator cuff injury and knee/hip issues from walking on a treadmill. These problems were just getting worse and worse - esp the shoulder- and all the other docs could do was offer pain pills and surgeries. After 1 acupuncture session followed by this supp combo at the right dosage the pain stopped radiating and a week or2 later I couldn’t tell which shoulder had had the problem because the pain was gone. Since then I have taken daily. A few years ago I decided to use a diff brand and the agonizing shoulder pain returned along with the knee and burning hip issue so I went back to the Kirkland. I tried the one also with the MSM and it was worthless. I still have 2 giant bottles with this sitting around. I take 2 of the Kirkland about an hour before I start walking and you can actually feel the padding effect as you walk. I go about 1 mildly painful walk and then the supplement moves down to my feet and ankles. At that point - zero pain. This isn’t a pain pill you can just take when in pain - you need to use daily to work. Also not all Glucosamin and Chondroitin works the same. Only this brand (without MSM) and the one sold by Vitamin Shoppe worked for me. So far after 18 years I’ve avoided surgery and pain pills for my shoulder, knee & hips. When the give to dogs they go from being unable to manage stairs to going back to normal which is why Costco sells so much for dogs. Dogs have no placebo effect. ***The pills are large so I pour some olive oil in a small cup and dunk them before taking and they go right down easily. The research that shows no effect clearly wasn’t done with the proper supplement. Take a look at the thousands of positive reviews.
