Great condition for refurbished item
So far this MacBook has been great. It came securely packaged with no scratches or marks as the listing stated. It was easy to set up and works well.

so so upset :((
when i first bought it it was very slow and only turned on when plugged in. doesn’t hold any charge at all and randomly turned off. now about 7 months later it doesn’t work at all. Saving up for a new one, wasn’t worth it, however the seller was very kind and offered a refund or replacement for the 90 day warranty but unfortunately after spending time trying to get it fixed and actively being in school doing pre-medicine needing to use the device, i missed the warranty. i was going to ignore the issues on the computer and use it anyway since the warranty was out due to me being a broke college student but now it just doesn’t work and i have no other options. it’s a shame, should’ve been tested to begin with. either way, if i got a functional device i wouldn’t have to make time to try to repair/ return it and i wouldn’t have lost 500 dollars :( i get it tho accident happen just disappointed as this was my first ever macbook and refurbished electronic bottom line i bet the good reviews are true and people have gotten functional devices just don’t 100% count on it and if you’re someone who isn’t going to pay an extra 100 for a warranty and get busy and caught up in life (cause those 90 days can go fast especially if the problems show up later) i would say just pay the little bit extra and try best buy or somewhere where there’s more guarantee it’ll at least be sent to you working lol

Ehhh could be better
Its OKAY. Be prepared to buy a new battery. Mine barely held a charge after 2 hours of working i was at 56% when I started at 100%. Since its pre-owned you cant register the device it gives an error message saying to many accounts for the device. Im probably going to return it. Not worth the price.

I’m happy with it
Great condition, it arrived yesterday, a few minor scratches and dents. As far as I can tell it works, the charger/adapter sparked the first two times I plugged it into the wall. I’m not sure if it is an Apple adapter/plug, or a cheapy one which may have caused the sparks. By the 3rd time I plugged it in it didn’t do that. Overall I’m happy with the purchase. I bought this one for my daughter who is in college. I will likely get one for myself in the next few weeks.
