Coolife Large Checked Luggage Hardside Suitcase with Spinner Wheels, 28in

I haven't had the chance to use these yet but so far I am impressed with the quality and they are a good size. The nylon lining is better quality than some I have seen and although not big, I like the extra pockets inside. The inside strap is adjustable instead of elastic like many. I also like the variegated coloring. The wheels allow for smooth and easy rolling. I am glad it has an integrated combination lock so that I don't have to worry about keeping track of a key. The handle has 3 different height options. I got it on a Prime deal, so I feel like it is a good value for the money spent. The true test of durability is when we use them for our trip to Italy. Great luggage. Used on international flight from LAS, SFO, HNL, NRT, GUM and held up extremely well. Smooth ride, durable, and easy maneuver. The only thing that was a problem with all the scuff marks on the white casing I choose. But it stands out really nicely and easy to locate on the luggage carousel.

Used this on a recent trip to Florida. I am a small person and had no trouble getting this to baggage check . It rolled easily and seems to be sturdy. The color made it easy to spot on the luggage carousel It held quite a bit of items and as full as I had it, it was still under weight for baggage check. It traveled to and from with only very slight scratch.

Revision: After posting my review below, Coolife customer service reached out and we’re extremely helpful. They were willing to hear my issues with the suitcase and vowed to bring it to the attention of their manufacturers. I was offered a full refund and received it within 24HRs. I cannot speak more highly of the customer service team. Thanks again! Before I begin to detail my negative experience with the suitcase I would like to preface this by saying the suitcase is aesthetically pleasing. The 3 digit lock is a great feature along with the suitcase being able to expand and multiple compartments. I went on a vacation to Italy last week (Florence, Sorrento, Positano, and Rome) and thought having a suitcase with 4 wheels would allow me to have the versatility needed to maneuver throughout the Italian streets while also wheeling my gf’s suitcase but three days into the trip I was severely disappointed. Due to the wheels having a rubber lining it quickly ate away while traveling from Florence to Naples and left me having to carry a 50 lbs suitcase for the rest of my trip. If I tried to push the suitcase it would either get stuck, go another direction than what I needed. Please see my pictures attached as this is my number one complaint with the suitcase. Also attached, is a photo of the inside portion of the suitcase which provides you the opportunity to separate both areas from each other but the material separating them ripped on my way home - this area was not overpacked. Customers - I hope this review is helpful to those thinking about purchasing. It’s a solid suitcase but if you’re looking for durability I am not sure this model would be best for you, primarily due to the wheels. If they decided use another material other than rubber this would be a good suitcase. The shell is not sturdiest but looks good and you can feel secure knowing you belongings are safe. Coolife- I ask that you honor your 2 year warranty and do right by the customer. A brand new suitcase should never fall apart 3 days into a 14 day vacation albeit the actual suitcase was intact, the wheels are just as important otherwise it’s ineffective and useless. Either reimburse me for my purchase or send a new suitcase - preferably without the rubber wheels. Your product is claimed to be tested but I question how rigorous these test were considering my suitcase was only 50 lbs (as anything more I would be charged by the airline) and failed to survive my vacation. I am disappointed and the only way to rectify it is the two options relayed above.

Nice luggage. Haven't used it yet but looks amazing with tons of room. Love the color! Bought it for my husband now I want one.

I’ve taken this suitcase on several flights/vacations now and I have no complaints. The hard shell plastic is strong but has enough give/flex that it’s not prone to easy cracking. No broken corners here. The zippers are strong and the TSA zipper lock is so convenient. The expansion zipper is also very generous. The inside zippers (both the divider and the pockets on it) are smooth and feel secure but not bulky. The adjustable buckles on the open half will help hold contents in place and they feel sturdy, not flimsy. The zippered net divider is perfect for keeping contents on the other half of the suitcase in place, and it has very helpful smaller pouches built into it. The handle and wheels work smoothly and feel sturdy. It’s easy to wheel the suitcase along on its spinner wheels by either using the top flat handle or the telescoping handle. It’s not prone to tipping over, and the wheels don’t squeak. I’d definitely buy this suitcase again. I’m very happy with it

Very durable zippers of pretty high quality expands out really easy and really well and it holds a lot the wheels work really well this thing has taken quite a bit of abuse between bounced around luggage carts dropped out of my pickup a couple of times and is still holding up great it's initial weight is actually pretty light and the handle is comfortable to grab an easy to roll

I purchased this luggage case about two years ago and haven’t used it heavily. On only our second trip, one of the wheels completely stopped rolling properly—the rubber portion had shattered and broken apart, as shown in the photo. It seems the manufacturer used low-quality wheels with a notably small diameter, which likely contributed to their quick failure under normal use. These inferior wheels appear prone to cracking and wear, a common issue with budget or lower-end luggage components. I ended up replacing all the wheels with larger, double-row spinner wheels (available in many options on Amazon), and the case now rolls smoothly and effortlessly with no resistance or sticking. I reached out to customer support for a possible repair or replacement under warranty, but they responded quickly that the warranty had expired and I wasn’t eligible for any assistance. The case body itself is decent—nothing particularly outstanding—but the weak wheels are a major flaw that will eventually affect most users. I wouldn’t recommend this product unless the manufacturer upgrades to more durable, higher-quality wheels. If you’re dealing with similar wheel issues, swapping them out for better ones is a straightforward and effective fix that can greatly improve the luggage’s performance.
