After buying this product a week ago, I’ve found that I’m much more relaxed. I work within the hours of 3pm to 11p and I’m able to complete tasks effectively and efficiently without having a forgetful mind. I like that I can see a difference within a few days of taking it. While the mental clarity has improved greatly, I’ve noticed that the thought process is slower but greater in regards to completing tasks and remembering from the prior day in relation to work

I was a little skeptical about the benefits but surely biased due to the fact that I absolutely hate eating mushrooms. As a rule, the ingredients had me on the other side of the fence already. I don't like the flavor or the texture. They have not given me an upset stomach from taking them but I always make sure to take them with food. The fact that i am writing this review after purchasing my second months supply should say something. I have noticed distinct changes in my body. I feel like my memory has improved and I have not yet had a migraine which I normally have a couple per month. I feel like I have more clarity and my ability to look at the big picture in more detail, making the connections, is amazing. My digestion has done a 180⁰. I don't know how that works but previously, I never knew what would set my stomach off, sending me to the restroom minutes after eating. All solid and regular now, it's surprising. I can't really say how effective it is for pain relief due to a few joint and ligament issues that simply cannot be healed without surgery. I highly recommend as this is one of the greatest value for the money. This product does seem effective!

Though the pic for these states it includes MCT oils, it is not in there. Otherwise, the product seems to be just fine.

I can feel the Ashwaganda in the mix. I sleep better than before and I sleep with a cpap machine. I take it as directed 3 cps but I take one in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and the last one taken in the evening which I feel balanced and my energy level is balanced not up and down. I'll continue and inform if this is pain relief.

Okay I did some extensive research on each ingredient and I can say this surpasses my expectations! This is a great option for anyone looking to add mushrooms into there regimen.I can confidently say it’s effectiveness is there! my gut is smiling now, intestinal soothing and anxiety relief was subtle but there! Better energy levels and quality is greatVery happy with this product.

Yes it very good and works

I have been taking a complex mushroom supplement from Vitamin Shoppe for over a year to help with brain fog. They ran out and I bought this supplement to use and its terrible. My brain fog came back after 2 weeks to the point I was forgetting what I was doing at work, feeling lost and almost like I was getting dementia. This supplement is terrible. I don't know what is actually in these pills, the quality of the ingredients, etc. After I stopped taking them, it took a week before I felt better. I won't buy this again, didn't finish the whole bottle and will stick to my normal Vitamin Shoppe brand ones that work.
