This is awesome stuff, after 5 to 6 days of this I’m having wicked sleep and feeling refreshed in the mornings again. I actually got it for restless legs at night and by does it work a treat. 10 mins after taking them and my legs feels normal again. Such a relief at night times

Been taken these for 2 weeks slightly better sleep and mood for sure.. will carry on taken and hopefully get more relaxed over time before bed 🛌

I have been using this magnesium supplement for a few months now, and in that time I have become reliant on it to help me fall asleep - I think it’s excellent I spent a lot of time researching supplements that have a relaxing and calming effect. If you’re in a similar situation and having trouble falling asleep then I really recommend this. I take 3 before bed as instructed and combine them with L theanine and a cod liver oil complex - this is a well documented effective ‘sleep stack’ - and in the morning I take an ashwaghanda ksm66 supplement. I have gone from lying in bed with constant repetitive negative thoughts keeping me awake, to falling asleep almost immediately. I find these to be a really good quality tablet with no taste, no trouble swallowing and one of the best value for money (I looked at a lot of them!) and I really truly feel I sleep better taking them. I also had jumpy legs and cramps quite frequently at night and I don’t get this at all now They come in a sturdy paper resealable bag - they used to come in a bottle which I preferred to be honest, but I appreciate the ethical reasons for the change. You can easily put them in a bottle if you want - just wish I had saved my last one but I hadn’t known the switch was coming! Keep a look out for subscribe and save deals, if you dip in and out of those you can often get these at a really good price but for what you get and the effectiveness I think it’s well worth it, deal it not Will continue to buy regularly, I am satisfied this does just what it claims

Take these for my cramp which I suffer on a nightly basis. Takes about 1-1.5 weeks to take effect and now resolved my nightly cramping issues.

I wouldn’t recommend these if you don’t like taking pills, the dosage is 3 pills and they are quite big and hard to swallow. Wouldn’t buy again as with other brands they are much easier and smaller to take
