The first time I saw this product I was at a hair salon, the hairdresser was giving me the big sell on it, telling me that on my curly hair it would be amazing! Of course as I often do, I bought it and thought; well there goes my twenty odd pounds down the drain buying the latest "amazing product" on the market. Ladies with curly hair (and some without) will know it's a real struggle to find the right product for our hair type, i have now gone through hundreds of different products promising amazing results some of which are now lying discarded after just a few uses! So as you can imagine, I was sceptical of this one especially after feeling pressurised into buying it. It feels so luxurious (just like its name!) from the gold bottle packaging to the smell; which is absolutely lush! However who cares about all that if the product itself is rubbish? I am happy to say that my initial scepticism was proved wrong, the product itself is great!! A little goes a long way. I usually wash my hair and apply a few drops either before blow drying to leaving it to dry naturally which leaves my hair much softer and less frizzy. I am now on my second bottle of this and will continue to buy it until they no longer stock it (which I hope is never!) in fact, I no longer buy any other hair oils apart from this one. If you have dry curly hair like me, then please give this a try! You might just be able to bin all the rest of the hair products cluttering up the cabinet!

Have been using as a staple hair product for three years, it goes a long way! I habe thick, ling hair and four pumps does for me. It smells beautiful and has definitely helped keeo my hair in good shape, the hairdresser complimented the condition when I went there forthe first time in a year and a half, I only needed an inch taken off as my hair was in great condition. I don't blowdry on the highest heat and I don't use straighteners a great deal. I use this oil after washing and conditioning it in Wella SP Keratin luxe oil shampoo and conditioner. All the keratin products are great!

Have been using this for years after recommended by my hairdresser. Straight: apply to lengths and ends prior to blow drying and straightening Curly: let hair dry naturally, then rub a couple of drops into hands and gently scrunch into hair. Run hands over hair when hardly any product remains on them to tame any residual frizz. Great product, non greasy and lovely scent, lasts forever, well worth it.

Makes hair feel very soft but doesn't look that much shinier. It has a nice smell. Found it was more effective when applied to nearly dry hair rather than wet. Like most hair products, I find it tends to build up so don't use it continuously for long periods.

We tried this in a run off with an all natural argan oil, and a high end hair oil and it bested both hands down. It's suitably think to go a long way through long hair and treat it evenly. Matching a natural product against one that has been quite specifically formulated for the job in hand only had one outcome - research and design wins and Wella appear to know what they are doing. I really don't know why we are surprised. Easy to get carried away with the nature lark, but scientists have been at work positively here and the result is that in our opinion at least they got it right. Highly recommended especially at the price. ...Which is where the high end oil failed. My wife felt guilty using it and could not bring herself to apply enough on really long hair to make a difference. All of which leaves Wella SP as the only winner in our household. NB: Yes the bottle was all German as others have said and clearly an import but effects on hair wise we detected no fakery. In fact if I was going to go to the trouble to fake a Wella product I am pretty sure I would get the label done in English!

I bought this product based on a recommendation form a close friend she even gave me some of hers to trial. Basically this product did wonders for my hair as it was becoming quiet dry and frizzy. On first application I noticed this difference immediately, you only need a small amount and then run it through towel dried hair. Its light none greasy and smells gorgeous. Plus the added bonus was it was cheaper to by from Amazon than it was to by from my salon...plus FREE postage as I am a Prime member. I have since recommended it to a work colleague and she has now purchased some too....

I could go on and on about this oil. It has saved my damaged, dyed blonde hair. It now feels smooth all the time and does not go stringy as I have noticed with other hair oils (and I have tried a lot). I don't think I will ever stop using this product - it also smells incredible.

I have used so many other hair oil that are twice the price, but all of them pale in comparison with this Wella Hair Oil. I have oily scalp and dry ends, this oil doesn't make my hair greasy but is moisturising for my split ends whilst giving my overall hair volume and lift. Best hair oil I've used so far! So happy I found this on Amazon, good value for money as well!
