Lose the salt!
Husband started me on these! I'd been buying roasted and salted ones. Now I've subscribed to 2 bags a month! Delicious! And no salt!

Practical for nut butter
They smell and taste great. I like to use the non salted ones to make pistachio nut butter. But I do wish that they would take off the leftover skin because it makes my butter look darker and not a vibrant green.
