Spring Sunrise Grass-Fed Organic Ghee 16 oz Keto & Paleo Non-GMO

I've been sampling ghee. Wow. They can be wildly different. This one is currently my very favorite. Love that it is organic, grass fed. To me - it smells exactly like freshly toasted and butter bread. It has a lovely, rich butter flavor. It's way too expensive. But so good. It's fun to experiment cooking with Ghee which is butter that has had the milk solids removed. You could make your own. Probably more economical. But I love this brand. Also, it's a glass jar! No plastic. I say it's worth a try if you're trying ghee! Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. I used a first jar of this ghee which I truly liked, It has a nice rich flavor and smooth texture, and it’s perfect for cooking or adding to meals. I am very happy with it so now purchased my second jar. Highly recommended!!

Some of these ghee butters have a strange taste or turn into liquid if it’s warm in the house, but they say not to refrigerate. This one stays soft, but does not turn into liquid & the flavor is really good.

I used to make my own ghee, but with the price of organic butter going up so much, it has become easier and less expensive to simply buy it. I’ve tried quite a few brands, and honestly, most of them tasted about as exciting as cardboard. Spring Sunrise Organic Ghee is a completely different story. It has a rich, buttery flavor that actually tastes like good homemade ghee. The value is also excellent. It comes in a generous 16 oz glass jar, while many other brands I’ve seen come in much smaller 6–8 oz containers for around the same price. As someone who has made ghee at home for years, I’m pretty particular about the flavor. Spring Sunrise is one of the few store-bought ghees I’ve found that I genuinely enjoy. Great taste, organic and grass-fed, packaged in glass, and a much better value for the money. I’ll definitely be buying it again!
