Love Sunbeam products. I grew up as the brand to buy. This steamer did not disappoint. Heats up quickly, has a large water reserve, easy to use, the design works well. I tried it on a hand wash only dress I purchased from Amazon so you know how hard it is to get wrinkles out of a garment when it’s vacuumed sealed. This was the test to determine whether or not I was sending it back or keeping it. Worked like a charm (easy breezy) and I’ve ordered and returned several far more expensive. And the price under $20 and a trusted brand. It’s a keeper!

Doesn’t do a very good job

I know Sunbeam used to be excellent brand but disappointed with this steamer. It steams when first turns on but stops, leaving my polo shirt and slacks very wrinkled. I even bought spring water to put in steamer. I tried tap water and still not steaming well. I don't recommend.

Purchased in January. Still works, though there's mildew growing on the plastic piece that covers the water container. Not sure how that will effect the steam, but i'll be purchasing a new one.
