I recently bought the 305 Pint Commercial Dehumidifier for our warehouse, and I have to say, it's been a total game-changer. We had a serious humidity issue that was causing all sorts of problems, from moldy smells to actual water damage. This dehumidifier has turned things around completely. This thing is a beast. It's big, but it needs to be to handle the space we’re using it in. Our warehouse is around 5,000 square feet, and the humidity used to be through the roof, especially during the rainy season. Since we started using this dehumidifier, the air feels so much drier and fresher. No more damp, musty smell hitting you in the face when you walk in. Setting it up was pretty straightforward. The instructions were clear, and it didn’t take long to get it running. I appreciate that it comes with a drain hose, so we don’t have to worry about emptying a tank all the time. We hooked it up, and now the water drains directly into a sump pump. It’s super convenient.

Just got my new humidifier. I paid a little extra for this one because I’m sick and tired of purchasing a new one every 1 or 2 years for a cheep ones from the major hardware retailers. That being said I also pay to depose of them. I was a little worried when I purchased it because of the size, that it maybe a little too loud. I was definitely wrong, this is actually a little quieter and a deeper sound than the cheep one I’ve had that are 1/3 the size. Another plus is the simplicity of the controls, only for buttons if you dismiss the timer button only three 3. Power/humidity up or down. I counted them on my cheep old unit it has 12 buttons which I’m never sure they’re all set correctly unless I get the manual out and read it again. In this case and it’s only my personal preference NO WiFi!! Humidifiers should be set and forget. Because this New unit is so easy to setup I decided I better read the manual just because I thought the setup was to easy. Nice thing is I’ll never need to find or read the manual again! Yeh! Pros: 1. Very well built and solid unit 2. Quiet 3. Setup is super easy 4. Filer easy to remove a clean. Don’t need screwdriver to pry grill off like the cheap models. 5. I personally think I look better looking than the cheap plastic ones, but this is me. Cons: 1. A little heavy, but I would expect a well built unit to be a little heavier! The only reason I put the weight in the cons category is that if you’re on the weaker side you will need a little help if your taking it up or down a stairs. I will need to update on longevity, this I have no idea yet. Also would like to explain when I say “Cheap”. The previous units I’ve purchased aren’t all that cheap money wise there just built as cheap as possible and usually little or no customer service and even if you get somebody, you just know your pretty much screwed!!

This product worked well at first, which is why I originally gave it a five-star review. Unfortunately, it completely stopped working after very little use. Even worse, it began giving off a terrible smell, which is very concerning. The product was used properly, following all instructions and recommended guidelines. It was never misused or handled incorrectly. Despite this, it failed far too quickly. This is a very disappointing product. It broke down much sooner than expected, especially considering how little it was used. I am now removing my five-star review and hope this issue can be addressed and resolved.

Had a leakage in my bathroom and needed a dehumidifier to get the moisture out of the room. I checked and compared the products and this came to my attention because the price seemed very good compared to other items. It is not small so check if you can fit before buying it so you do not have to send the big package back. It is also heavy but it is supposed to! The noise level is absolutely fine as the door needed to be shut anyway. I would not like to sleep next to it but I do not see any situation where you had to. The functionality is very easy and the instructions are very straight forward. It really works great and pulls the humidity. I can not confirm if the Pints mentioned are correct but it definitely works great!

Very easy to set up, works great, keeps the humidity at the requested level. The display is very easy to read. Controls are simple to understand and change. Unit is also very very quiet. Nice, heavy quite substantial unit.

I’m so glad that I purchased this dehumidifier! It’s built like a tank, it has a rotary compressor really nice coils and the electrical components are in their own metal enclosure. I like the control panel also, very easy to understand. You also have the choice of gravity or pumping the drain. Pumping it 16’ 4”. I would recommend it to anyone needing a really top notch dehumidifier! Thanks!

This dehumidifier exceeded my expectations. I plugged it in immediately when I got it. It started working right away. It came with a hose that I put in my sump pump so the water doesn’t stay in the unit. It’s also long enough it could go out window. It covers a large area so I don’t have to move it, but it has wheels if I want to move it.
