It's not foaming up when i dispense some from the bottle. i tried shaking the bottle up, but still no foam. did i get a bad bottle or is this normal

Not a strong fragrance but has a nice creamy texture and I didn’t see the big difference other than paid too much.

Where can I buy doux defining mousse in SC

Some local beauty supply stores may carry it but you can also try Target also Sally Beauty. To save time and gas I would either go the websites or call to check availability. I live in Greenville and had no problem finding it. Good Luck.
