now i love these necklaces but mine came to me already losing its silver. like in one spot it was a copper color and the rest was silver. i know most jewelry fade with time ive had plenty of my own do that especially a favorite but to arrive that way a bit of a bummer.

I was so excited to receive this. Then realized one necklace’s writing is worn off. The other necklace has all the words colored in, while the one I would give my mom is just etched in. So disappointed. I hope I can get a new one to give her.****UPDATE**** They immediately shipped me a new necklace at no charge and it’s just like the picture. I LOVE it!!!
