**Q: Is the insole removable?**
A: Hello, I did remove the insole but not so easily. It is glued partially to the shoe but it is possible.

**Q: These look really wide.  Are they or is it just the way the pictures look on my phone?**
A: No.  They are very nice. My son wears them to work. He is in sales and they are dressy enough for him to wear at his job.  Doesn’t look like a work boot.

**Q: In the pictures I see sides of the boots but no zipper. What's up with that?**
A: The zipper is on the inside of the boot. I have a pair of these boots.

**Q: Are the soles oil/slip resistant?**
A: These have great traction, but these are more of a fashion boot.

Bought these two weeks ago. Bought a size smaller than I usually buy for shoes and they fit great! They are even a little long, just based on their shape. Super comfortable and fashionable. Feel good quality, polished them on the first day - probably a good idea!

I found the boots to be of good quality leather and they look great. I was concerned about the fit, but they fit as expected. They were stiff out of the box, but within a couple hours of wearing them in the house they loosened up nice. I’m well pleased and the price is right!

    Looked great at first, looked terrible after a few wears

I loved the style and fit of these boots when I first got them. The looked great. However, something was wrong with the leather. It was very dry, creased terribly, and looked pretty bad after a few wears. Seeing as how they're full-grain leather, I tried to polish them to fix the creases, but the polish wouldn't hold. I wasn't too bothered. Something products are defective. But I was really irritated when I returned these boots to TImberland. First off, I had to pay return shipping on an obviously defective boot. Second, they didn't even give me a full refund. I guess I'll spend the amount they did refund and never buy another Timberland boot again. I also bought these in black. They creased as well, but the creases aren't as bad or as noticeable.
