## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can i just tie these like regular shoelaces?**
A: Not suggest. strong elastic laces not easy for you tie as regular items.

**Q: Why cant I get the buttons to lock?**
A: IF you are referring to the round button not locking, what you have to do is PRESS DOWN really hard on the center of the button and THEN put the lace thru one channel, repeat for the 2nd channel in the button. When you release the pressure the button locks down firmly on the elastic lace.  Then you have to press the center of the button to move the button up and down the laces.

**Q: what is the length of the shoe lace?**
A: They are long, about twice as long as needed for a pair of tennis shoes. 
Would measure them, but they are all used.

**Q: Can the athletic shoes be washed with the laces and locking tabs still on ?**
A: I am going to guess “yes.” However, I never place my athletic shoes in the washing machine. I read somewhere that it is not recommended. If needed I hand wash my shoes with a brush.

I'm very disabled, and I have severe problems with my hands and fingers, doing laces up is extremely difficult, not only that my feet swell very, very badly, and a lot of the laces I have aren't actually long enough, especially with Nike trainers. So I thought I would try these, and I was pleasantly surprised, they are very stretchy and also, adjustable. So when my feet are not swollen, I can wear them tighter, and when they are swollen, I can adjust them unlike others that are similar. I absolutely think they're fantastic. One of them does have a slight to fray so I can imagine it not lasting long due to wear and tear, but they are cheap enough. And they look absolutely fine as well. They actually make the trainer look better in my opinion, because they are quite minimal compared to bulky other laces and the big bow. But definitely disabled friendly, as well as kids and elderly. They are very easy to do I actually managed to put them on myself very happy. I do wish they had better colours because I do have baby pink trainers and their pink would clash badly with mine. That's the only downside, definitely need more colours.
