From the packaging: Strawberry ingredients: Apple purée concentrate, Pear purée concentrate, Strawberry purée concentrate, Lemon juice concentrate, Vegetable juice (color), Natural flavors.

Do these have Gelatin?

The ingredients list: fruit puree, juice and "natural flavors"

What are the individual packets made of? Paper, aluminum, mylar?

They are like thick fruit roll ups but they square, they have plastic over each one individually.

Are their any artificial dyes?

This is for the apricot ones. I believe they are all dye free. Even the snack gummies. Hope this helps.
